I make sure I included mostly potent, stronger, beefier and excellently performing scents for winter. No wimpy fragrances here all big and loud with excellent performance. In the end for winter you want your fragrances to cut through the cold and these 11 fragrances are going to do just that and not wimp out either during the cold winter months. My good friend Kara and I discuss 11 fragrances from the 16 in the current line of perfumes by Nishane Istanbul. There are fragrances in this collection that I loved more than others in the collection which is usually typical I can't love everyone but most everyone I smelled from Nishane I really enjoyed if I didn't really love. My favorites are Munegu, Spice Bazaar, Vetiver Sultan, Rosa Turca, Ambra Calabria and Pasion Choco. Encre Noire the original is one of those fragrances that fragrance collectors buy and add to our collections. There are many fans of the original Encre Noire and there are haters too. I think the haters might be surprised to find an updated citrus freshened up version. I don’t know why I waited too long to sample Encre Noire Sport but the whole idea of sport was sounding a bit off with Encre Noire so I waited. Until I was told it’s such an excellent scent. And sure enough it’s excellent yes I love the stuff. The performance with Encre Noire Sport is also excellent. I think Encre Noire Sport might have a sporty edge to it but it’s still the original scent but the citrus. Personally to me Encre Noire Sport makes for a great everyday office scent. Give it a try you will really like Encre Noire Sport. I really do! Dark Rebel is one of the best designer fragrance releases of this year. It's boozy with whiskey and rum notes plus has beautiful tobacco and dark leather. It's the evolution of the John Varvatos fragrances brand and one of the best releases. I'm happy to start exploring the John Varvatos fragrance brand with Dark Rebel one of the best from the line. The fragrance is very boozy and green to me. The green notes are elevated to my nose. The clary sage and cade essence also act like a dark masculine barber shop style men's fragrance. I'm not saying this is a traditional barber shop scent but it hints at it lightly. I just love the scent and I'm happy to wear this one. Dark Rebel is best suited for fall, winter and spring everyday wear for men who want to stand out a bit from the crowd of fragrances that all are starting to smell the same. Yes it's doable because perfume has no gender. You really can wear ladies targeted scents there should not be any questions asked. Lanier and I discuss 5 perfumes each in our collection that are targeted to ladies that we both wear in our fragrance rotation. We picked 5 each but that does not mean there are only 10 scents there are hundreds and Lanier and I are offering up 5 scents each. If you like the way something smells, the latest and great designer release targeted to ladies and you love the scent by all means wear the perfume. There's just no gender in perfumes. If you look at all the niche brands releasing scents for years which are targeted to both sexes but you'll mostly find sex specific scents released by the designers. It is changing though, designers are slowly turning around and are releasing unisex fragrances and perfumes.
