    Kindling or Inflaming Love

In this episode of Something About Love, inspiration comes from the Sanskrit word Manmathoddipana, which means "the act of kindling or inflaming love". Guided meditation leads to a Kindling Love Club meeting where members explore the act of inflaming love. Later, during Reiki healing, a message is received from Spirit to warn against using false means to inflame love, along with sage advice on how to kindle romantic love in a healthy way.

    Addiction to Love

When you hear Robert Palmer sing "Might as well face it, you're addicted to love," do you start to feel a little self-conscious? Like maybe you really DO have to face up to your love addiction?? If you think this just applies to sex, it's time to expand your mind to discover the wide variety of ways an addiction to love can take hold. Inspired by the Sanskrit word Kamaskti (which I just realize I never mentioned in the podcast recording!), which means Addiction to Love, we use guided meditation to explore the positives and negatives of this kind of love, then follow with Reiki healing energy to heal anything that has been brought up for healing. Love, a Rat, a Mouse Meditation and Reiki

How in the world does someone do a meditation on "Love, a Rat, a Mouse"? I mean, The Cure sang a song called "Love Cats", but not Love Rats, and Captain and Tenille sang "Muskrat Love", but that's a completely different animal; however, with the Sanskrit inspiration word Karva, that's what we get - Love, a Rat, a Mouse. Take a listen and join me as we dive into Love, a Rat, a Mouse to explore this form of love through meditation and reiki energy healing.Note: If you are operating heavy machinery or performing an appendectomy, it is not a good time to go into meditation. The good news is, most of the time you can let this play in the background without joining into the meditative state and still benefit from the contemplation and energy of the podcast. Use your best judgement.

    The Pride of Love

Taking inspiration from the Sanskrit word Srngaragarva, listeners explore the deeper lessons of The Pride of Love through a Violet Room Meditation. Then Reiki energy healing cuddles listeners with cozy hibernating bear energy before reminding us all that the Spirit of Creation gazes upon each of us with the Pride of Love every moment of our existence. I apologize for the audio difficulties in this episode. Apparently recording on my phone when the home internet is being wacky is not a viable alternative, especially when I let my voice get too quiet during meditation and use the auto adjustment to even things out. Lesson learned.

    Beauty Enhanced By Love

Inspired by the Sanskrit word Kanti, guided meditation takes us to the ocean to explore the deeper meanings of "Beauty Enhanced by Love". With Reiki healing, the energy of Love and Beauty is shared with the world around us.

    To Accept Love Gladly

In this second episode of Something About Love, inspiration comes from the Sanskrit word Pratiharyati, which means "to accept love gladly". In guided meditation, the ego learns that it is safe to be loved while the listener travels into a forest to experience the glad acceptance of love. This is followed by deep healing with loving Reiki energy.

    The First Emotions of Love

Inspired by the Sanskrit word bhavakuta, this first episode of Something About Love explores the first emotions of love through meditation, then provides Reiki healing energy to bring greater understanding and healing to listeners so the first emotions of love can be accepted and recognized in daily life.
