  2. Acts 2:43-47 | October 11, 2026

What does it look like when Jesus is at work in his church? In Acts 2:43–47, we see the early Christians worshiping together, sharing meals, caring for one another's needs, and welcoming new believers into their lives. These may seem like ordinary activities, but something extraordinary was...

  3. Look and Live | John 3:1-15 | October 4, 2026

What does it really mean to be born again? In John 3:1–15, Nicodemus comes to Jesus with an impressive religious résumé and a desire for answers. But Jesus cuts straight to his deepest need: “Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” The new birth is not a cultural identity,...

  4. Jesus, The True Temple | John 2:13-25 | September 27, 2026

In John 2:13–25, Jesus enters the temple and turns everything upside down. But John is showing us far more than a lesson about corrupt worship or righteous anger. The gentle and lowly Savior is also the holy Son of God, consumed with zeal for His Father’s glory. Jesus did not come merely to clean...

  5. New Wine, New Creation | John 2:1–12 | September 20, 2026

At the wedding in Cana, Jesus turns water into wine—but John doesn’t want us to stop at the miracle. He calls it a sign, and a sign is meant to point us somewhere. If we admire the sign but miss the destination, we miss the whole point. In John 2:1–12, the empty jars of purification are filled…

  6. Come and See: The Fundamentals of Discipleship | John 1:35-51 | September 13, 2026

Following Jesus is not about chasing the next new idea. It is a long obedience built on simple, enduring fundamentals—and those fundamentals flow from first seeing Christ for who He is. In John 1:35–51, the first disciples hear the invitation to “come and see,” and their response shows us the...

  7. Behold the Lamb of God | John 1:1-34 | September 6, 2026

In John 1:1–34, we behold Jesus as the eternal Word, the Creator, the true Light, the Son of God, and ultimately the Lamb who came…

  8. The Priest Who Reigns as King | Zechariah 5-6 | August 30, 2026

If God is holy and He is coming to dwell among sinful people, who can survive His presence? Zechariah 5–6 answers that question through a series of strange but powerful images: a flying scroll, wickedness carried away in a basket, war chariots sent across the earth, and finally a crown placed on...

  9. Clothed by Grace, Strengthened by the Spirit

What does God do with guilty people who cannot cleanse themselves—and how does He strengthen them to live faithfully? In Zechariah 3–4, two vivid visions answer those questions by pointing us to Christ. Joshua the high priest stands before God in filthy garments while Satan accuses him. Yet God...

  10. A Promise Too Big to Measure | Zechariah 1:18-2:13 | August 16, 2026

How big are your expectations for what God can do? In Zechariah 1:18–2:13, God gives His discouraged people three visions that challenge the limits of what they can see. Hostile powers have scattered them, Jerusalem lies in ruins, and a young man sets out with a measuring line to determine the…

Zechariah begins with a gracious but urgent call: “Return to me, says the LORD of hosts, and I will return to you.” God’s people had returned to Jerusalem, but they still needed to return to the Lord in repentance and faith. In Zechariah 1:1–17, we see both the seriousness of ignoring God’s Word...

  12. The God Who Makes Us Holy | Haggai 2:10-23 | August 2, 2026

The greatest problems are often the ones we don't realize we have. In Haggai 2:10–23, God's people were rebuilding the temple and making visible progress, yet God revealed that the deeper problem remained: the temple was being restored, but the people themselves were still unclean. This sermon...

  13. The God Who Keeps His Promises | Haggai 2:1-9 | July 26, 2026

Discouragement comes to every believer. We compare the present to the past, wonder if our labor matters, and question whether God is still at work. That was exactly the situation God's people faced in Haggai 2. Although they had returned to rebuilding the temple, the work seemed small,...

  14. Mark 8:1-21 | July 19, 2026

Mark 8 records two miraculous feedings, yet the real focus of the passage is not bread—it is the heart. Writing from prison,...

Philippians 4:4–9 meets us where many believers live every day: in the tension between God’s promises and anxious circumstances.
