Stay in the Light is a suicide prevention and awareness podcast presented by the American Foundation for the Suicide Prevention Greater Philadelphia Chapter.This podcast was created because talking is the first step to preventing suicide. We’ll be speaking with suicide attempt survivors, grief survivors, mental health professionals, educators, advocates, and volunteers, as we aim to reduce stigma, normalize help-seeking behavior, and build a stronger, more connected community.We might worry that saying the wrong thing will make it worse.
