Stirring Hearts is for Christian women who desire to stir their hearts into a deeper more intimate relationship with Jesus by looking at Scripture. You will be challenged, encouraged, and inspired to spend more time in worship, prayer, and studying God's Word. As I unpack scripture, I pray the Holy Spirit will stir your heart to see and hear things maybe you haven't before. And most importantly, to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, after all, this IS the greatest commandment. I look forward to our time together. You are never alone on the journey. And remember Sister, we are always better together!!

    JESUS - Our Living Hope

In this episode, we will unpack one of my all-time favorite verses in the Bible. Just reading this verse out loud should stir your heart with hope.  💖This scripture is not only an amazing and powerful verse, it's a prayer that Paul, the Author of this verse prays over the people of Rome, to whom he wrote the book of Romans.  We will see that the most important part is the starting point, our Source. And that Source is God Himself. From there, we will see that Jesus not only brings hope, but He IS our HOPE!!Our living and eternal HOPE!!     Hallelujah!!!   🙌🏻 🙌🏻QUOTES:"A source is a supplier of something that we cannot produce on our own.""If we are plugged into that Source, this scripture and prayer can impact every single day of our lives.""As we put faith and trust in God, the Source of it all, we become empowered by the Holy Spirit to overflow with the Hope we have in and through Jesus. And as that happens, we are filled to overflowing with perfect peace and uncontainable joy that radiates to those around us."STIRRING SCRIPTURES:Romans 15:13 (NLT) (TPT)Romans 11:36 (NLT)Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NLT)1 Timothy 1:1 (NASV)Titus 2:13 (TPT)Romans 8:24-25 (TPT)IF YOU'D LIKE TO SUPPORT THE SHOW, CLICK THE LINK BELOW!!  👇🏻👇🏻<a href="https://www.buzzsprout.com/2047313/supporters/new">SUPPORT THE SHOW</a>🔹HOPE HAS A NAME AND IT'S JESUS!!!!BETTER TOGETHER  💖Support the showhttps://www.stirringhearts.org/https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064968452778https://www.instagram.com/stirring_hearts_33/

And you might think I will be unpacking these verses in a way you have already heard before. But let me tell you, I will, Lord willing, challenge your thoughts on these verses, and on this story. In a good way 🥰Buckle up  🤗"Sometimes, IN MERCY, Jesus does things that allow us to see what's really going on in our own hearts."Maybe doubtMaybe fearMaybe unbeliefJesus will go to great lengths to help us see our need, and His deep love.STIRRING SCRIPTURES:Matthew 14:22-33 (NLT)Matthew 8:23-27 (NLT)Matthew 4:3 (NLT)Exodus 3:14 (NLT)Hebrews 13:5-6 (NIV)Isaiah 41:10 (NLT)Isaiah 43:2 (NIV)John 14:27 (NIV)Isaiah 55:8-9 (NLT)James 2:17 (NLT)IF YOU'D LIKE TO SUPPORT THE SHOW, CLICK THE LINK BELOW!!  👇🏻👇🏻<a href="https://www.buzzsprout.com/2047313/supporters/new">SUPPORT THE SHOW</a>Sister, I pray you see how staying IN THE BOAT  really is an act of faith! BETTER TOGETHER  💖Support the showhttps://www.stirringhearts.org/https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064968452778https://www.instagram.com/stirring_hearts_33/

    He Invites - We Come

In this episode, we will talk about the Parable of the Great Feast. We will look at how the ministry of Jesus ushered in this Banquet Table of Salvation. We will see that Jesus continued throughout His entire ministry inviting everyone to this Banquet Table. Some accepted the invitation, while others rejected it. This long-ago parable truly does have an impact on those of us who call ourselves Christ followers. We are now citizens of the Kingdom of God and must live as such. Jesus invites us daily to COME to the Banquet Table for spiritual nourishment that gives us the ability to run our race and love the Lord God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. "The Lord invites sinful human beings like you and me to dine at His Banquet Table of Salvation."We must learn to count the cost of being a disciple. It's not easy being a disciple of Jesus, but it is ever so worth it.!! We must remember, our King Jesus does all the heavy lifting. Nothing can compare to being in a deep, abiding relationship with Jesus, the lover of your soul. Your Savior, your healer, and your Redeemer.
