Surviving Chaos

What is Chaos?The Oxford dictionary defines chaos as “complete disorder and confusion”. Chaos is never pretty. It has a way of leaving us broken, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Life can be full of chaos; the bills pile up, the children refuse to stop screaming, and conflict surrounds us from all directions. Chaos leaves us feeling drained and empty with a never-ending barrage of things, events, and situations beyond our control. In the midst of chaos, it’s easy to think you’re alone. When you’re in the center of chaos, it’s horrible. But, when life settles down and you learn to breathe again, you start believing you can survive. Chris & MJ are here to help you realize you don’t have to simply survive the chaos. You can thrive despite any chaos you have experienced.
