S2 E2.5 So...I Did Ayahuasca Part 2
So… let’s finish this conversation. This is Part 2 of my Ayahuasca experience, picking up right where we left off. In this episode, I’m taking you into the final night of ceremony, what shifted for me, and what it actually looks like to come out on the other side of an experience like this. Because the ceremony isn’t the end—it’s the beginning. We’re getting into integration, the realizations that stayed with me, and the honest truth about what changes… and what doesn’t. No hype, no over-glorifying—just real reflection. If you listened to Part 1, you already know this journey isn’t surface-level. And if you didn’t… go back. You’re going to want the full picture. Let’s close this out.

S2 E2. So...I Did Ayahuasca!
And this is Part 1.In this episode of SZN of Self, I’m taking you inside my real experience sitting with the plant over a 3-night ceremony—from what Ayahuasca actually is, to why people seek it out, to what it feels like when you stop running and finally face yourself. We’re not just talking about the “spiritual” side of it either. I’m breaking down the facts, the intention behind the medicine, and what people don’t always tell you about how intense this work can be—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Then I get into my personal experience—what came up for me Night 1 and Night 2, the resistance, the realizations, the discomfort, and the clarity that started to unfold when I allowed myself to surrender to the process. In Part 2, I’ll be sharing how the experience unfolded on the final night, what shifted for me, and what it actually looks like to integrate everything that came up after the ceremony ends.

S2 E1. You Big Mad...Now What?
You ever get Big Mad and don’t even fully understand why… but you know something in you is off? Yeah. This is that episode. In this Season 2 premiere of SZN of Self, we’re not pretending to be perfectly healed or unbothered—we’re getting honest. Because anger isn’t random, and it’s definitely not something to ignore. It’s information. It’s a signal. And if you keep pushing it down, it will come out one way or another. In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to be Big Mad—not just reacting, but understanding what’s underneath it. I’m sharing my own experiences with feeling overlooked, sitting in that discomfort, and realizing that my anger was pointing me back to myself. We get into how to stop suppressing your feelings, how to move anger through your body instead of letting it build, and how to turn that emotional fire into clarity, boundaries, and self-respect. Because the goal isn’t to avoid anger. It’s to know what to do with it. So if you’ve been feeling more emotional, more reactive, or just… off lately—this is your reminder that there’s nothing wrong with you. There’s something speaking to you. The question is… are you listening? Let’s talk about it.

If you’ve been feeling off but can’t quite name why, this episode is the gentle (and hilarious) wake-up call you needed.

E. 17 The Comparison Trap
We all say “don’t compare yourself to what you see online” — but let’s be real, it’s hard not to when your feed looks like a highlight reel and your real life feels like the blooper reel. From doom scrolling to self-doubt spirals, we’re unpacking how to detox your digital life and start posting from a place of purpose again. She even spills some wild facts — like how the people who created these apps don’t even let their own kids use them (let that sink in). You don’t need anyone else’s approval to change your life, sis—that signature is yours alone. This episode is your official permission slip to pivot, release, and let go of the old version of you that no longer fits. We’ll laugh about how growth always makes people uncomfortable and why giving yourself the green light is the ultimate act of being in the driver's seat. I’m sharing real stories of the times I had to stop waiting on “the right moment” and just sign off on my own next chapter. Ep.6 The 80% We Don't Talk About
This week on SZN of Self, I pull back the curtain on something silently impacting nearly 80% of women: fibroids. For many of us, they show up with heavy periods, fatigue, bloating, and pain — yet most people have no idea what they even are. I share my personal story navigating fibroids, the emotional weight they carry, and what it’s taught me about listening to my body, setting boundaries, and healing on my own terms. Whether you're experiencing this firsthand or hearing about it for the first time, this episode is a call to awareness, self-advocacy, and community care. ✨ If this resonates, don’t keep it to yourself — send it to a friend, a sister, or someone who needs to know they’re not alone. Let’s break the silence, together.

Ep. 5 Confidence is Built
Confidence ain’t something you wake up with—it’s something you build, brick by brick, choice by choice. In this episode, we’re pulling back the curtain on what it really takes to feel yourself fully. We’re talking about the messy middle: the shaky starts, the awkward reps, the self-talk that sounds more like a roast than a pep rally—and how to flip all that to work in your favor. If you’ve ever wondered when you’ll finally “be confident,” this episode is your reminder that you’re already becoming her. You're already HIM-othy ju heard! Bring your journal, your mirror, and your favorite hype song. It's time to lay these bricks!

Ep.3 The Power of Letting Go
Let’s be honest —holding on is heavy, and your spirit wasn’t built to be a storage unit for old pain. In this episode of SZN of Self, we talk about the sacred (and sometimes petty) art of letting go. Expect some laughs, maybe a tear, and a whole lot of truth-telling with love. Tune in if you’re ready to release what’s weighing you down and rise in your softness, strength, and self-worth. Ep. 2 What's holding you back?
Let’s get into it. Not the cute version of healing—but the real, mirror-staring, “damn, is it me?” kind. In this episode of SZN of Self, we’re pulling back the curtain on what’s actually keeping you stuck. Is it fear? Old stories? That perfectionism disguised as productivity? I’m asking the hard questions with love and a side of humor, because sometimes you gotta laugh while you unpack your childhood. If you're ready to stop tiptoeing around your power and call your stuff out (without calling yourself trash), this one’s for you. We’re not stuck—we’re just scared. But fear don’t get to drive.
