    You Can’t Kill Kenny Omega

Episode 239 of the AEW-some Pod is up. Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Halloween Ends), Johnny Taylor (The Hard Times, Stand-Up! Records, Tubi), and Gringo Fantastico (Troma’s Fantastico Disasterpiece Theater) head to the beach for Dynamite’s Beach Break, where Kenny Omega beat MJF to become AEW World Champion in a 24-minute war that ended with Omega kicking out of a belt shot at one and MJF making a face like he saw a ghost. Kyle Fletcher beat Takeshita for the International Title and got knighted by Mick Foley, back on TBS for the first time in 32 years. Willow Nightingale returned and won a trip to Revolution. Ciampa beat Jericho with a bucket of sand and then pulled out a power drill, because it was a beach show and why not. Andrade said “how you know” again. And Ospreay ran out to save Omega, which for a guy hanging around the Death Riders is either heroic or the exact opposite. Rate, review, and subscribe, or we’ll paint your dog on Mick Foley’s shoe. F*ck Don. F*ck MJF. F*ck Going to Bed at a Reasonable Hour.

Episode 238 of the AEW-some Pod is up. Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Halloween Ends), Johnny Taylor (The Hard Times, Stand-Up! Records, Tubi), and Gringo Fantastico (Troma's Disasterpiece Theater) crawl out of a five-hour Forbidden Door to tell you about it. Will Ospreay won the Owen Hart Cup in a 35-minute blood feud with Swerve, then let the Death Riders hoist him on their shoulders, which is the kind of thing that gets a man an intervention. Andrade finally quit the Callis Family by ripping off his shirt to reveal a message we are legally required to bleep, costing MJF a cage match he paid full retail for. Mark Briscoe bled through a ladder helicopter and booked his title shot for Wednesday. Lio Rush emerged from a hockey bag like a horror movie. Jay White returned out of a blackout. Mercedes won the women's Owen, Omega and Zack Sabre Jr. turned in a masterpiece, and Jon Moxley nearly unmasked Bandido and then asked to shake his hand. Rate, review, and subscribe, or we'll stuff you in a hockey bag and let Okada find you. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Dynamite Smashes the Life Out of Us

Episode 237 of the AEW-some Pod is up. Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Halloween Ends), Johnny Taylor (The Hard Times, Stand-Up! Records, Tubi), and Gringo Fantastico (Troma's Disasterpiece Theater) break down a Dynamite from Sugar Land where MJF picked his team for the Forbidden Door cage match and stuck Andrade on it against his will, then made him hold Briscoe for a Diamond Ring shot just to twist the knife. Ospreay and Swerve had a ten-year-deep face-to-face that brought up Hangman, Wembley, and one very fragile neck, though the real headline was Ospreay announcing to a live crowd that he treated his new wife by taking her upstairs and smashing the life out of her, while Tony Schiavone slowly came to terms with his career. Mercedes Mone punched her ticket to the Owen final. Bandido suplexed Marina Shafir and handed Mox and Garcia their first loss as a team. Copeland and Christian promised to housebreak The Dogs. Omega squashed Tony Nese and got a staring contest with a silent Zack Sabre Jr. And Ciampa told Jericho to either get serious or stay home. Rate, review, and subscribe, or we'll take you upstairs and smash the life out of you. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Friends are Stupid

Episode 236 of the AEW-some Pod is up. Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Halloween Ends), Johnny Taylor (The Hard Times, Stand-Up! Records, Tubi), and Gringo Fantastico (Troma's Disasterpiece Theater) break down a Dynamite from Cincinnati where Mark Briscoe went over MJF's head, talked to the actual boss, and booked himself into a six-on-six cage match at Forbidden Door for a guaranteed title shot. Chris Jericho introduced the world to Tommy's Mommy and Goblin Face. Darby Allin returned with a skateboard and a line for the ages. Kevin Knight insulted the host city, bragged about his signing bonus, and got skateboarded for his trouble. MJF preached the gospel of money over friends and then had to literally buy five friends out of a briefcase two segments later. Plus Mox retained over Shane Taylor, Maya World pulled the upset of the tournament over Skye Blue, and Swerve and Brody beat each other half to death in a 16-minute semifinal with a Nana situation we are still trying to figure out. Rate, review, and subscribe, or we'll explain "kayfabe" to Don Callis in front of a live microphone. www.aewsomepod.com Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. 5. 235

    No-Countout, No Doctors, No Chill

Episode 235 of the AEW-some Pod is up. Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Halloween Ends), Johnny Taylor (The Hard Times, Stand-Up! Records, Tubi), and Gringo Fantastico (Troma's Disasterpiece Theater) break down a Dynamite from Richmond where MJF and Rush had themselves a no-countout main event that involved a slap, a dislocated shoulder, and an assault on a medical professional. Mark Briscoe cut a promo so good MJF had to respond from an ice bath. Kevin Knight is officially a Don Callis Family member and is now waiting in line for a World Title shot, because apparently we're handing those out by mail-order. Mercedes Mone showed up out of nowhere as the Owen Cup wildcard. Thekla declared death on an entire wrestling promotion. And Will Ospreay and Mark Davis ended the night with a 24-minute Owen Cup semi that featured roughly half the roster, one screwdriver, and a Marina Shafir cameo we are still thinking about. Plus Tommaso Ciampa is hunting Jericho, the Young Bucks tried to book a match with The Dogs, and Andrade kissed a stranger on his way to the ring. Rate, review, and subscribe, or we'll book you in a no-countout match against a man who hates doctors. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. 6. 234

    Cheesesteaks and Chickensh*ts

Episode 234 of the AEW-some Pod is up, and Philly delivered the kind of show that gives three people plenty to argue about. MJF threw himself a party, Mark Briscoe and Rush had some thoughts on it, and now there's a title match on the books for next week that nobody saw coming the way it came. Kyle Fletcher is back from the shelf and apparently in the mood to start naming names inside his own faction. Kevin Knight continues his ongoing campaign to be the most insufferable man in professional wrestling, with a Speedball Mike Bailey assist. Jericho and Ricochet finally put a bow on what has quietly been one of the better programs of the year, and Tommaso Ciampa had a little something to say about it. Brody King and Claudio Castagnoli beat the brakes off each other in the Owen Hart Cup, Mark Davis and Jack Perry had a real one, and Copeland and Christian tried to do a nostalgia bit that went about as well as nostalgia bits tend to go in 2026. Plus Statlander and Shida closed the night with a Philly Street Fight that we are still recovering from. Diana, Johnny, and Gringo get into all of it. Rate, review, and subscribe wherever you get your pods. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

Balls Out at Double or Nothing

Episode 233 and what a night. Diana, Johnny, and Gringo break down Double or Nothing, starting with Mick Foley going All Elite (welcome home, Mick). Then it’s Stadium Stampede, where Jericho dumped a bag of tennis balls and won the whole thing with a Lionsault. Okada vs. Takeshita went full banger, Thekla is the best in the world at what she does, and MJF took Darby’s title and his moment. Johnny does a Speedball Bailey impression nobody asked for. And we are united in our rage at Kevin Knight, who we will never forgive. Rate, review, and subscribe. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. 8. 232

    German Suplexes and Bald Premonitions

Episode 232 - Darby Allin wakes up to find every single backstage worker shaved bald to mock MJF, which is one way to start the morning, and from there it's straight into Owen Tournament brackets, Ospreay tapping Ace Austin out with his first AEW submission ever, Kevin Knight retaining the TNT Title against a returning Brian Cage, Speedball calling out the world champ, Mark Briscoe coming back to declare the Word of the Day is "Reunification," Thekla hitting Hayter with a title belt for a rare AEW DQ, and Darby surviving Konosuke Takeshita to officially sign a hair vs. title contract for Double or Nothing while bleeding directly onto the paper. MJF then closes the show by spearing Darby through the table and getting run off by Kevin Knight. Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico break it all down. Rate, review, and subscribe, or end up on the bald list with the rest of the AEW locker room. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Hair vs. Title and the Death Riders Gym Membership

This week on AEW-Some Pod (Episode 231), Johnny Taylor, Diana Prince, and Gringo Fantastico break down a packed night of AEW action from Charleston featuring Darby Allin’s wild title reign, MJF agreeing to put his freshly imported hairline on the line, Jon Moxley’s ongoing recruitment of Will Ospreay, and one absolutely unhinged amount of storyline overlap. The crew dives into Sting’s emotional tribute to Ted Turner, Darby vs. Kevin Knight stealing the night, Okada chasing more gold, and whether AEW may finally be setting up a major Ospreay heel turn. Plus: live crowd insight from Diana in the building, Gringo’s continued war against underwhelming finishers, and the official debut of “How You Know?” as the greatest catchphrase in wrestling today. AEW-some Pod Episode 230. Darby Allin keeps defending the AEW World Title every single week like it's his job, because it is, and this week Brody King got to throw him through an announce desk before getting put down with three Coffin Drops. Plus Kevin Knight survives MJF and a busted knee to keep the TNT Title, Darby drops from the rafters Sting-style, the Death Riders try to recruit Will Ospreay in the most cult-coded backstage segment of the year, Samoa Joe and The Opps make their counter-offer, FTR and Cope set up an I Quit Street Fight, Cope wears a popcorn bucket as a hat, and Ciampa eats something out of Stokely Hathaway's beard. Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico break it all down. Rate, review, and subscribe, or MJF reads off your hometown next. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. AEW-some Pod Episode 226. Darby Allin is your AEW World Champion and apparently he's defending that thing every single week until his body physically stops working. This week's victim: Tommaso Ciampa, who bled all over the place and still couldn't get it done. Plus MJF cries about the Seattle Screwjob, Kevin Knight shuts him up, Mark Davis puts Ospreay down with a piledriver on the apron, Samoa Joe is back and immediately terrifying, Jericho's mystery partners turn out to be Shelton Benjamin, Bobby Lashley, and MVP (just business), and Brody King challenges Darby for next week before the confetti even hits the floor. Fletcher Strong

Episode 227 brings your favorite podcast pals (Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico) back together to chat about this week's Dynasty go-home AEW Dynamite taking place from Roger's Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada! Will Ospreay brings back-up from the East to deal with his Deathrider problem, leading to a monster impromptu 8-man tag main event! We get an update on Kyle Fletcher's injury leading to a "Fletcher Strong" movement from the Callis Family. Andrade, Mark Davis, and Takeshita take on the even more emo than normal Darby Allin, Jack Perry, and Bandido in more than physical match up. Willow defends her TNT Championship against a returning Queen Aminata to have one hell of a sleeper, banger match. Gabe Kidd continues to be the dark abyss of charisma, meanwhile FTR gets the upperhand on Cope and Cage. Jericho gives a very real, emotional speech, brings back a classic to annoy Ricochet, and challenges him to a match at this weekend's PPV. Finally, Omega makes us believe that he will take the championship from MJF this weekend! It was a very powerful go-home show for AEW that may lead to one of, if not, the best PPV's of the year! Dynamite IS Jericho!

On Episode 226, your faithful trio of Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico celebrates the return of the “Ayatollah of Rock-N-Rolla,” Chris Jericho, who makes is long awaited return “home” to All Elite Wrestling. Kenny Omega and MJF sign the contract for their highly anticipated match up at AEW Dynasty. Speedball inserts himself into things which leads to a main event match against MJF later in the night. AEW’s answer to Kraven the Hunter, Jack Perry, Kenny Omega, and Brody King team up against Ricochet and the Gates of Agony (The Demand). Meanwhile, Darby Allin claims that until he has a religious experience, he will continue his quest for the AEW Heavyweight Championship. Unfortunately, his next hurdle is Andrade, which might actually lead to meeting his maker. The Brawling Birds and Mina Shirakawa prove their worth against Thekla and the Sisters of Sin because why not, while Cope stops Cage from hitting Renee with a chair because she’s there. Will Ospreay’s night doesn’t turn out the way he expected, nor did the match that we expected to get. Check out the pod for the Jericho praise and stay for the hot takes! Power Trips, Coffin Flips and Bus Trips

Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico unpack the first Dynamite after Revolution, covering Will Ospreay’s quick win and immediate neck-war escalation with Jon Moxley and Pac, plus Mox and Wheeler Yuta’s uneasy tag victory that proves the Death Riders are anything but stable. They dig into Darby Allin and Gabe Kidd’s completely unhinged parking-lot beatdown that turns into a Coffin Match, Swerve Strickland’s promo where he stops talking about just the AEW World Title and starts calling his shot at Kenny Omega’s EVP power, and Speedball Mike Bailey’s “I earned this” showcase victory over Mark Davis. The crew also covers Mina Shirakawa beating Marina Shafir in a no holds barred fight using Toni Storm’s own Storm Zero as the mystery attacker angle deepens, the Jurassic Express bus delivering Jack Perry to team with the Young Bucks against Okada and Best Friends, and the closing scene where Adam Copeland and Christian Cage announce they are coming for FTR at Dynasty and finish the night holding the tag belts while the Bucks watch from the floor. A Revolutionary Revolution!

The AEW-Some Pod is back for episode 223 with hosts Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico, to talk some good ole Texas Death Match Fallout and this past weekend's nearly 5-hour Pay Per View, AEW Revolution! The Bucks and FTR had one of the best matches of their respective careers ending with the return of two legends, hellbent on revenge. Toni Storm finds out what it's like to get "Rowdy" after her match with Marina Shafir. Takeshita and Moxley exceed the normal 20 minute time limit for their Continental Championship match resulting in a return only made possible by a Star Wars Bacta tank and three gallons of Red Bull. Andrade and Bandito played a weird game of "Pants off Dance off" resulting in one of the top matches of the night! The women's tag team championship match led to a surprise upset. The Toxic Spider went 2 out of three falls in a hell of a banger. Swerve attempted to teach us who the real most violent man is as long as Omega didn't obstruct... Oh, wait. New trios champions were crowned. It was insanity at it's finest, until insanity was redefined by the the AEW World Heavyweight Championship Texas Death Match (takes breath) between Hangman Adam Page and current champ, the double cross ranch's own MJF, in what could possibly be the most violence injecting (See what I did there?), bloody, dog collar wearing, light bulb flinging, rig exploding, barbed wire infusing, Texas Death Match in history! Was inflicting this amount of pain excessive? Possibly. Was it AEW-some? Absolutely! Is it a 'Swerve?'

It's episode 222 of the AEW-Some Pod, and your favorite trio of a comedian and two horror hosts, Johnny Taylor, Diana Prince, and Gringo Fantastico, is here to break down the action inside of the Mission Ballroom in the "mile high city" of Denver, Colorado! Moxley goes face to face with Hologram's better side, El Clon. Swerve Strictland lets us all know his frustrations with AEW and one fan's "momma!" Gabe Kidd continues to take up air time. Kevin Knight and Mansoor have a high flying match up, while Brody King and Mark Davis have a clubbing session. The AEW Women's tag team title ends with concern, while unsurprisingly, MJF attempts to swerve the upcoming World Heavyweight championship match with a fake coin to manipulate before Hangman can stipulate. (Rhyming is fun!) The main event could have been a show all of it's own as the Rascalz, the Bucks, and Jack Perry went above and beyond as they took on the The Demand's Ricochet and the Gates of Agony along with FTR in Mile High Madness where anything goes and it most certainly does! Don't forget to rate, review, and subscribe or we'll let Max flip a coin to decide whether or not you get Darby Allin's Uber driver on your next vacation. Then they go long on the main event as Kenny Omega and Swerve Strickland finally collide: Snap Dragons on the apron, avalanche Dragon suplexes, double Swerve Stomps, and a clean Swerve win followed by one of the nastiest post-match beatdowns they’ve done on TV as Swerve hangs Omega with a chain in front of a horrified Sacramento crowd. As always, the crew closes things out with Dick of the Week, Hero of the Week, Showdown of the Week, and a patented AEW-some rating—this time measured in confetti. Rate, review, and subscribe. Worlds End: Devils, Death Riders & Dumb Screwdrivers

On Episode 214 of The AEW-some Pod, the gang—Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico—are joined by special guest Brock Lesnar Guy himself, Michael Corcoran, to go bell-to-bell on AEW Worlds End 2025, a Chicago PPV where MJF sneaks his way back to the top and Jon Moxley bleeds, limps, and chokes his way through the Continental Classic to grab the new crown. The crew breaks down Okada vs. Takeshita and why that screwdriver finish might be the dumbest way possible to end a dream-match semi, Mox vs. Kyle Fletcher nearly going off the rails with a terrifying head-drop before turning into a tournament classic, and Mox vs. Okada in a final that proves sometimes pure grit beats “greatest tournament wrestler of all time, bitch.” They also hit FTR and the Bang Bang Gang turning a Chicago Street Fight into a stiff, beautifully ugly brawl, Willow & Harley hanging onto the Women’s Tag Titles against Mercedes & Athena, and Darby Allin and Gabe Kidd trying to murder each other in 13 minutes. Plus: Kris Statlander and Jamie Hayter’s head-drop-heavy thriller for the Women’s World Title, Toni Storm’s “Mixed Nuts Mayhem” chaos, MJF pinning Samoa Joe in a four-way that rewrites the main-event picture, and of course Dick of the Week, Hero of the Week, and Showdown of the Week from one of AEW’s wildest PPVs of the year. Holiday Bash: Million Dollar Mayhem & Devilish Returns

On Episode 213 of The AEW-some Pod, the gang—Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico—goes three-hours deep on AEW’s UK Holiday Bash as Dynamite and Collision take over Manchester’s Co-op Live. The gang breaks down The Elite’s million-dollar win over the Don Callis Family (and how Okada might hate his own team more than The Bucks), Pac’s hometown heater against Kyle Fletcher to blow the Gold League wide open, and Jon Moxley and Orange Cassidy grinding through Continental Classic wars with Roderick Strong and Mascara Dorada. They also dig into MJF’s big return to crash the Worlds End contract signing with Joe, Hangman, and Swerve, Mercedes & Athena’s march toward the Women’s Tag Titles, Jamie Hayter’s Collision homecoming and Sisters of Sin beatdown, plus FTR and the Bang Bang Gang delivering a sneaky tag-of-the-year candidate in the main event. Plus Kyle Fletcher beats Okada again, Kevin Knight shocks Darby in the Continental Classic, Claudio flattens Orange Cassidy, and the Babes of Wrath punch their ticket to the women’s tag finals while Toni Storm & Mina gift us a Hardcore Holiday Death Match. It’s chains, tournaments, bad decisions, and even worse neck bumps — just another Wednesday night in AEW. Ricockulousness!

Episode 210 is here and your favorite podcast trio of Diana Prince, Johnny Taylor, and Gringo Fantastico bring you the cheers and jeers of this past weekend's AEW Full Gear event! One title was retained while others were "hooked" away. Fletcher and Briscoe went for one another's jugular, while Kyle O'Reilly and Moxley made Abdullah the Butcher blush. The show provided a tag team title banger between FTR and Brodido, as well as a wild, unpredicted, and elongated women's title match between Kris Statlander and Mercedes Moné. Meanwhile, Diana is a little more than perturbed with the results of the main event cage match for the AEW Heavyweight Championship between "Hangman" Adam Page and Samoa Joe! Let the insane takes and crazy commentary "swerve" you away from your pre-holiday monotony! Don't forget to subscribe, rate, and comment! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Enjoy the Ride. Respect the Ride.

It’s Episode 209 of AEW-some Pod, and we somehow survived the 3-hour AEW Dynamite/Collision mutant super-show so you don’t have to. Co-hosts Johnny Taylor, Jr. ("Bummin' With the Devil" on Amazon), Diana Prince (Darcy the Mail Girl from The Last Drive-In on Shudder and AMC+), and Gringo Fantastico (Disasterpiece Theater on TromaNOW) cover all the hits and misses from the 3-hour AEW Dynamite/Collision combo show. On Episode 209 we wonder if Mark Briscoe and Samoa Joe can break their losing streaks to win gold at Full Gear, Kyle Fletcher looking amazing in a suit, and Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa being just a little too cringe even by AEW standards. We also get into Hangman sending Joe’s goons to the hospital, Mercedes choking out Statlander, Okada wrestling in cruise control while Don Callis ruins everyone’s life, and whether AEW should install a “No More Fire, Please” department for Darby. Hit play, rate and review, and tell a friend—or we’ll let Don Callis manage your finances. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. There Will Be Blood...And Guts!

It’s Episode 208 and Johnny Taylor Jr., Diana Prince, and Gringo Fantastico saddle up to break down AEW Dynamite (11/12/25) from Greensboro — where the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts turned Mina into a barbed-wire crime scene, Hangman and Hobbs tore the building apart in a Falls Count Anywhere brawl, FTR disrespected Ricky Steamboat in his own house, and the Men’s Blood & Guts ended with Kyle O’Reilly tapping out Jon Moxley after Darby took a flaming table ride. It’s cages, blood, beds of nails, and fire and we are here to cover every melting second of it. Rate, review, and subscribe or we’ll staple your hands into your pockets. Cowboy Sh*t, My Ass

It's Episode 207 and Johnny Taylor Jr., Diana Prince, and Gringo Fantastico saddle up to break down AEW Dynamite (11/5/25) from Houston — where Hangman Page played hero, Hobbs played demolition crew, and Tony Schiavone almost played dead. Plus Darby bleeds for the cause, Willow & Harley pull the upset, Don Callis keeps collecting souls, and a shiny new AEW National Title hits the scene. It’s blood, tables, cowboy ethics, and questionable life choices — just another Wednesday night in AEW. Rate, review, and subscribe or we’ll make you join the Don Callis Family. Fright Night Dynamite

Diana’s off this week, gearing up for her big Texas show with Joe Bob Briggs — so Johnny and Gringo take the reins for Episode 206 and break down a spooky, chaotic Fright Night edition of AEW Dynamite from Edinburg! Samoa Joe survives HOOK, Bobby Lashley, and Ricochet in the Fright Night Four-Way to earn a World Title shot at Full Gear, but Hangman Page gets the upper hand during the contract signing. FTR fight their way through JetSpeed, Jurassic Express, and the Young Bucks to earn a Tag Title match with Brodido, while Darby Allin & Orange Cassidy score the Trick or Treat Tornado Tag win over the Death Riders. The Sisters of Sin advance in the AEW Women’s Tag Title Tournament, and Okada’s staredown with Takeshita at the Don Callis Family Summit has the wrestling world buzzing. Johnny and Gringo cover all the highlights, twists, and setups as AEW barrels toward Blood and Guts and Full Gear — with no Diana, but plenty of AEW-some energy. 35. 205

    Children Shouldn’t Play with Aquariums

Episode 205 brings all the smoke as Johnny Taylor, Diana Prince, and Gringo Fantastico break down this past weekend’s AEW Wrestledream! There were betrayals, bathroom breaks, and bedlam. Jon Moxley repurposed the lost art of the swirlie in an attempt to make someone much smaller than him (Darby Allin) cry uncle, much to the chagrin of social media. Samoa Joe and “Hangman” Adam Page went full on classic wrestling match for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship. Tag matches were off the chain as the Hurt Syndicate went 3 on 3 is with the terribly named “The Demand.” Brodido went to blows with a fractured team up of Okada and Takeshita, while Jurassic Express put on an absolute banger with the Bucks. Oh... and Mercedes Moné was there to take the fun out of the PPV with her 8,000 title belts as she spoiled the celebration for the winner of the Women’s Championship match between Toni Storm and the champ, Kris Statlander. More happened, but you'll have to listen to find out! Join the trio for this exciting hour of all the analytics, shenanigans, and hot takes you can handle! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Then the Philly Street Fight with Toni Storm vs. Skye Blue delivered staples, mouse traps, bug zappers, and cheese, before the night closed with Daniel Garcia shocking the world by joining the Death Riders and stomping Darby Allin’s face into a chair. All that plus our Hero, Dick, and Match of the Week — only on AEW-some Pod Episode 202. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Glitches, Belts, and Body Bags

Episode 201 of The AEW-some Pod kicks off with Collision: Daniel Garcia stacking wins (and calling out Mox), Kyle Fletcher & Josh Alexander out-heeling O’Reilly & Ishii, Hologram glitching his way past Jay Lethal, Big Bill smashing Juice Robinson, FTR calling their shot for Toronto, and Alex Windsor firing back at Mercedes Moné. Then it’s over to Dynamite in Philly — a night of absolute chaos: Darby dragging Gabe Kidd off in a body bag, Hook putting Wheeler Yuta on notice, Riho’s surprise save to set her sights on Moné’s TBS Title, Mark Briscoe standing tall, and the main event eight-man war capped by Kenny Omega being stretchered out after a Callis Family massacre. Along the way, your hosts Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In on Shudder & AMC+), Gringo Fantastico (Troma), and Johnny Taylor (stand-up comedian, “Bummin’ With the Devil” on Tubi) bring the laughs and hot takes — though Gringo nearly gets booted from the pod after daring to suggest Brodido should drop the belts to the Death Riders. Will Ospreay and company, consisting of the Golden Lovers, Tanahashi, and Darby Allin fought in an all out war against the Deathriders' Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli, the Young Bucks, and Mr. Personality, Gabe Kidd in a steel cage! Light Matches, Light Lighters

Episode 198 - Light Matches, Light Lighters Diana, Johnny, and Fantastico are here to bring you their takes for the go-home episode of AEW Dynamite as we inch closer to this Sunday's Forbidden Door. The crowd in Glasgow was peak for a very light-matched event. Edge names his posterior, when a returning favorite gets the Herbert West treatment to make a choke slamming impact. The tag team championship match is finally announced with a somewhat controversial ending to the number one contender's match. MJF recruits unlikely allies to commit personal arson to rattle Hangman Adam Page, while the feuds for the Women's World Title and TBS title respectively continue to escalate. Meanwhile, Will Ospreay literally puts his body and career on the line to finally get his revenge on Jon Moxley and the Deathriders. Another Door to Forbidden Door

Johnny, Diana, and Gringo ingested this week's AEW Collision and are here to break it down for you, piece by piece. With Forbidden Door on the near horizon, Collision opened more doors to get you ready for the London action. Toni Storm and Athena are nearly ready to decapitate one another for your amusement. FTR uses salty tactics to pepper Brodido ahead of their number one contender’s match for the tag titles. Ace Austin makes his “inevitable” debut against Ricochet. Another member of the women’s roster becomes $100,000 richer. Brian Keith gets no respect, while Nigel McGuiness reluctantly tastes the sweet tears of Daniel Garcia after a hard-hitting “technical spectacle.” Also, what’s a Collision without an obligatory Hologram appearance. Additionally, the trio talks headlines from the entire world of professional wrestling, from Drew McIntyre being the best heel he can be, to Matt Riddle rants, and more Karrion Kross speculation. We have all the takes you can handle! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.

    Cowboy Sh*t and Chop Fests

This week on The AEW-some Pod, Diana Prince, Gringo Fantastico, and Johnny Taylor ride into Roanoke for a Collision recap that’s got it all—big boots, bigger pops, and… a suspicious amount of chopping. The Fletcher vs. Ishii TNT Title slugfest was about the only thing Gringo liked, Hangman lit up his home-state crowd, and Willow Nightingale tried to steal the night from an entire spooky trio. Plus—Big Bill keeps wandering into other people’s matches, Ricochet’s “respect tour” continues, and Harley Cameron’s pink mask might be haunted. Strap in—this one’s part love letter, part roast. Johnny Taylor (The Hard Times), Diana Prince (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs on Shudder), and Gringo Fantastico (Fantastico Disasterpiece Theatre on Troma Now) are here with a super-sized episode covering Dynamite and Collision with a hint of headlines thrown in. Mark Briscoe is on the warpath for the recently Hurt Syndicate ostracized MJF, whom is on the warpath for the AEW World Heavyweight Champion Adam Page, whom is on the warpath with Jon Moxley and his merry harem of Deathriders, who also have their own problems with the returning Darby Allin and his homicidal attempts! Talk about tied together storylines. Meanwhile, the AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament continues to elevate the AEW Tag Division. Willow Nightingale apparently has issues with The Triangle of Madness, while Kris Statlander is trying her hand at technical wrestling and the only Christian gets is one of the worst attempts at a con-chair-to to ever grace professional wrestling. It was a crazy couple of days of wrestling and the AEW-Some Pod is here to dissect it all! Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
