SPEAKER: Eddie Williams SCRIPTURE: 1 Corinthians 7.MAIN IDEA: “Your devotion to the Lord—not your relationship status—is where you find true contentment and satisfaction.”The issue wasn’t their relationship status—it was what they were focusing on: sexual relations, not their savior.Their attention had shifted away from serving the Lord and onto their relationship situations. Their contentment was rooted in their relationship status, instead of in their Savior.

SPEAKER: Eddie Williams SCRIPTURE: Matthew 28:1-10MAIN IDEA: So, this text is intended to teach us that:“The risen King is trustworthy, for He never fails to keep His promises.”This is, in fact, Matthew’s argument throughout his Gospel: It is through His resurrection that His true identity is revealed. “Jesus is the promised Messiah and the risen King, but we need divine help to truly recognize Him.”

SPEAKER: Eddie Williams SCRIPTURE: 1 Corinthians 5MAIN IDEA: “God’s people must take sin seriously and refuse to quietly tolerate it.”The reason is simple: Because God is holy, His people must not ignore sin within the church. Instead, they must take it seriously and deal with it uncompromisingly.This means we must address sin among us quickly and wisely, before it takes root and spreads.

He will look for one thing: Were you faithful with what I entrusted to you?In fact, Jesus himself put it this way: "Well done, good and faithful servant."
