Elevated Eric: I Lost $4 Million in 12 Months

Eric Bosworth - better known as Elevated Eric - built Insurance Elevated from four agents in a 10x10 office to 700+ agents and the fastest-growing insurance agency in the country three years straight. Then a $26 million deal for 75% of his company fell apart, 60% of his organization disappeared with the click of a button, and he lost $4 million of his own money in twelve months. This episode is the rebuild. The #1 Sprint manager in the country who couldn't break $200K a year. The one viral ad in 2022 that changed everything. Tony Robbins' one-word answer at The Vault. The loyalty tests he runs on his own friends. Why AI voice agents won't take insurance jobs. The Wes Watson line that reframes all of social media: your page is your reality TV show, and your CTAs are the commercial breaks. And the dark stretch that ended with him kicking everyone out of his house at 4am and looking in the mirror. His advice for anyone in a dark place right now: sit down, write out every vice you have, and eliminate them before you build anything else.

Daniel G: The fortune is not in the follow-up.

World-class closer Daniel G went from knocking doors in three feet of Toronto snow to running some of the biggest sales events in the game. In this one: why the fortune was never in the follow-up, why "how would that make you feel" selling is dead, and how finding the trigger lets him close anybody in 10 minutes. Plus: no dinner dates under $10K, why he prays you never get your blow-up moment, and what the last two years away from the game really looked like.

    Eric Walsh: Forget the Studio

Forget the fancy studio. I flew into Tampa to sit down with Eric Walsh right in his warehouse, with his team working behind us, because that's what real business looks like.Eric dropped out of college at 20 to run a cell phone case cart in a mall. That turned into 27 stores across 8 states, a Papa John's franchise, an Amazon business back when Amazon was still basically a bookstore, and now a stable of private-label brands doing millions. In this one he breaks down the actual e-commerce playbook: how to start with almost no money using TikTok Shop and affiliates, what to do with your first $10K, the credit-card plays he used to launch products and flip his first house, and the AI avatar system his team built to pump out thousands of pieces of content on autopilot. We also get into the fun stuff - the Bored Ape he paid $247K for, the watches, the yacht that's really a tax write-off, and why he still thinks the money is in owning the brand and the data. If you want to build something real online, this is a masterclass. As always - there's always a better way.

    Chris Bruce: 10 Years Deep

This one's personal. Chris Bruce is my big brother in this game - we go back almost 10 years and built the Better Way brand together over lunch in Tampa. He hadn't hopped on a podcast in years, so I'm grateful to get him back on the mic.Chris is an OG. He came up in real estate, vouched for me when nobody believed a 22-year-old was really closing deals, and today he runs a marketing agency doing $600K a month and climbing. We break down exactly how he does it: the automated evergreen webinar model that runs while he sleeps, the three niches that always make money, and how he's using AI agents to build funnels, write copy, and even call and close customers. We also get into faith and money, the mindset shift most people never make, and his next move - buying businesses and taking equity for running their marketing.Plus the stories: the 10X Growth Con moment, the client who nets $200K a month, and one wild night in New York we'd never told on camera. Pull up.As always - there's always a better way.

    Brent Franklin: The Real Landman

I flew out to Houston to give my dog Brent Franklin his flowers. Three years ago we were out hunting while he told me what he wanted to build. Now I'm sitting in his 10,000 sq ft office watching him actually do it.Brent went from the Navy to a drilling rig in West Texas to running Rise Capital Group, and in this one he breaks down oil and gas like nobody else will - the real pay on the rigs (it's not what Instagram tells you), why oil and gas is one of the only places you can write off up to 100% against active income, and exactly how mineral rights, leasing, and working interests actually work. We get into accredited investing, securities law, the difference between a syndication and a fund, and the micro-syndication model behind his Energy Flex Fund. Then the fun stuff: the jet, the Bitcoin mining rigs running off stranded gas, and rolling up blue-collar oil service companies. If you've got money burning a hole in your pocket and you keep hearing "oil and gas" without understanding it, this is your masterclass. Not financial advice - do your own diligence, check sec.gov, and remember: you can lose all your money.Learn more: risecapitalgroup.com / energyflexfund.comAs always - there's always a better way.

Jessica Hurley: Evolve Past Your Consciousness

Jessica Hurley has been in my corner since I was 23, and she's the person who quietly built the machine behind my first two shows. She's the founder of Epic Media Network - "Evolve Past Your Consciousness Media" - a done-for-you podcast production and creative agency that builds whole ecosystems around brands, entrepreneurs, and institutions. We get into why every business is a mini docu-series now, why you can't just get on and pitch your product anymore, and the storytelling work she's most proud of. Then it goes somewhere I didn't expect - therapy, somatic breathwork, motherhood, and what she calls radical self-responsibility: the idea that the seasons where you feel like a victim are usually seasons you co-created.One of the realest ones we've shot.As always - there's always a better way.

Who the Hell Is Jay Monopoly? The Story Behind the Better Way

If you're new here, let me tell you who the hell I am. I'm Jay Monopoly - born and raised in New York City, joined the Marine Corps at 17, and by the time I got out five years later I'd already made half a million dollars fixing and flipping houses in Detroit. From there it was wholesaling real estate to my first million, and in 2020 - my breakout year - my partner Levi and I built the Better Way brand out in California. The original Better Way podcast went top 100 business shows in the world, streaming in over 40 countries. Better Way Wholesaling did over a million in online sales. Then came the conferences: 600 people in Orlando, then Dallas, then Miami, with speakers like Him500, Daniel G, Derrick Fay, Mike Rashid, and 19 Keys - until we walked away from it in 2023.This is me bringing it back. A decade in the game, millions made, and a network I finally want to open up to you - for free. I'm sitting down with entrepreneurs, athletes, professors, anybody who found their own better way, because everybody's looks different and we can all learn from each other. I'm a dad now, still building, and I'm just getting started. Documentation over conversation, always. As always - there's always a better way.
