I’m not going to mince my words here. I’m seeing too many “thought leaders” promoting cowardice and compliance instead of courage and care and I’m OVER it. I wanted to make this podcast to further a very important conversation my industry needs to have about speaking up vs being silent about world events, or even just events in your backyard happening to your clients and community.This week alone I’ve heard leaders in my industry say:* “This has nothing to do with me”* “Neutrality is more spiritual”* “Stay in your lane”* “Protests don’t do anything”* “It’s more important to just regulate your nervous system and run your business right now”* “Don’t give into the ‘pressure’ to speak out”* “Human Design shows that some people are not meant to be spokespeople for collective issues”As coaches and personal development leaders, we’re supposed to help people to live more authentic, joyful and fulfilled lives so they can create a better world for us ALL.
