The book of Exodus

God desires to bless us in ways beyond anything we could ever imagine. The problem is that we often limit those blessings by refusing to do things His way. We think our path is better, or faster, or easier. But the truth is simple: when we follow His instructions, He shows up. Are you ready to open that door?

Without a doubt there is only one God and we are not Him. He created us. He breathed life into us. He calls us to become what He wants us to be and only then can we do what He wants us to do. Nowhere in that divine order do we find room for self will. As we discuss this vital truth from Exodus 39 you will not want to miss what promises to be a truly life changing study.

It is a myth to believe that God will never give us more than we can handle, because the reality is our lives are filled with circumstances that are far beyond our ability to navigate. The passage that is so often misquoted in this regard actually speaks of God’s faithfulness to provide a way of escape from sin, not the absence of overwhelming trials. The truth is that God allows us to face the impossible so that He might demonstrate His power on our behalf, making possible what is otherwise impossible. Exodus 36 gives us a vivid picture of this as the people of Israel were given a task that was far beyond their own capacity, yet by the filling and empowering of the Spirit of God the work was accomplished in a miraculous way.

God is clearly calling us just as he called the children of Israel. We only have two choices. Accept the call or reject it. What will it be?

God did something that changed the world forever and if you so choose, you can be the recipient of result of that action. It requires trusting in God and that may be harder than you think. If you follow through, your world will change forever!

From the beginning of the existence of the nation of Israel we have seen attempt after attempt to destroy the people of God and those attempts always fail.
