We live as God’s children and allow our desires and behaviors to be shaped by God the Father, not the world

Let’s be those who don’t settle, don’t just let go, aren’t held down by our past!Let’s PRESS ON- And forget what lies behind us- And strain forward together- And PRESS ON to what lies ahead – yes, one day in eternity – but even now accessible in union with the triune God!

We are living letters of Christ, blessed by a new covenant to experience freedom and transformation

Easter is not just a day, it's a way of life. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in us! The Gospel is not meant to be stored; it's meant to be shared. Continue the celebration of Easter by sharing the amazing work of Jesus!!

Remember what God has already done and choose to serve Jesus.

Jesus didn’t quit. Didn't fold. Didn't log off the mission. So we don’t log off the faith.

In relationships – follow this example. Communicate. Clarify. Unite in pursuit of Jesus.

What does this passage teach us about claiming our inheritance?

Finding rest is ultimately found in Jesus. The God who fights for us in Christ will bring us to a land of eternal rest by the Spirit.

The Big Question: What will you do with your second chance

Unlike Achan, who attempted to hide his sin, when convicted of sin by the Holy Spirit (John 16:8), we should be moved to confess our sin (1 John 1:9) and be covered by the blood of Christ (Psalm 32:1).

How do we break down walls or barriers to God’s purposes in our lives?

Our obedience as believers is God’s way of marking us and results in both our welfare (blessing) and God’s honor and glory.

How does one go from the hall of shame to the hall of faith?

When God speaks, do you respond?

Jesus is the greater Joshua who made provision for us by giving his body and blood to atone for our sins and secure our salvation and eternity. Fear is the great enemy of faith. We have nothing to fear. Jesus won. Jesus wins. 

The main theme we will see is: Where does this strength and courage come from? The faithfulness of God.

Big Idea: To live in true community, we need to learn how to deal with rejection and walk with forgiveness.

How do we live as Christians in a world that is not our ultimate home?

A Spirit-led community is built when every believer uses their Spirit-given gifts in love to serve one another.

We want to be a disciple-making community that is devoted to the word, growing together, displaying hospitality, praying for, caring for, and worshiping together

Big Idea: Authentic, Gospel-Centered community flows from our Adoption (New Identity in Christ), which levels our pride and stays our fears.

Am I modeling biblical Christianity? Am I helping or hindering others to do the same?

Christians are called to remain resilient by abiding in the truth of the Gospel.

Antichrist will be released for a season. The spirit of the antichrist is here now. But the good news is the King is coming back, and his name is Jesus!

BOTH The perseverance of the Saints(those following Christ Jesus) and the judgement of the wicked (those denying the Lordship of Christ Jesus) bring glory to God

Paul boasts about a church that pursues eternal measures of Spiritual fruit.

Only God Himself can empower you to grow, and He uses his people as a means to do it

Three primary areas1. Leaders to the congregation (what should that atmosphere be?)2. Congregation to the leaders (what should that feel like)3. Everyone to everyone (how church life should ultimately flow)
