A day is a measure of time with a beginning, a middle and a end; a day is a vehicle for opportunity, a promise for experience, a promise that today will not be the same as yesterday.  No day is the same and no day is every repeated.  Some days are meet with hatred and loath, some days are meet with love and unbridled joy.  But no day’s terrors are ever exactly the same and no joys are every repeated.  A day is finite and a day is unique, time flows thought our days until we reach our final day or final heart beat. ANSWERS     Pat is: an author, speaker and light worker who has worked with dozens of people from the community and spoken at several of the spiritual centers in the local community and beyond.  He has appeared on the Alva folks show and given several interviews over the years.   Life, Death and the true nature of Consciousness and Existence.  These are the oldest questions known to humanity. Spiritual Energy What is Spiritual energy, what is this thing that some say puts the light in our eyes, commands the breath to fill our lungs and powers the thoughts within our minds and gives substance to our dreams. Can it be measured, can it be seen? What is this thing some call spiritual energy? Some place it in the realm of mysticism, some call it a magical force that gives ethereal substance to our souls. Spiritual energy is not magic, it is not supernatural; Spiritual energy is structured, and complex energy, though energy, it is consciousness born within energy consisting from nothing but energy, nothing more nothing less. Science teaches that energy is all around us, can never be destroyed, timeless and forever, surrounding us, as one with us.  This universe is energy, Science teaches that we are as fish surrounded by an infinite ocean of energy.  Science and I agree. This energy is the same energy that some would call spiritual energy.  This energy that is complex, organized and gave birth to consciousness and though. People always ask me, is there such as thing as bad spirits, evil spirits, is there such a thing as ghost who are there to haunt and who exist to terrify us, to make us afraid. I then ask, is there such as thing as bad people, are there evil people? And can these people, hang around you, can these people torment other people in their daily lives as we live within this flesh. Both questions are the same and both answers are the same.  When a body dies, only the body dies. Only the flesh fails, only our fragile mortal form falls.  Your spirit survives the fallen the flesh.  You must understand that there are mean, nasty people that cross our path from time to time in our everyday; day to day lives; that is a part of the experience of existence. What do you think happens when to these mean, nasty people, when they pass. do you think that they are automatically accepted by angels, gods or demons to guide them towards either their damnation or to an eternal paradise? No, maybe and sometimes.  If, that is their path. Some people who pass however, they go not into a different realm of existence.  Some remain here for a number of reason and some of them do not know how to pass.  There is no magical book with instructions when you pass. or maybe for you there is; it depends on your path and your thoughts which drive your expectations as with all things spiritual.  Ghost and evil spirts for the most part are these same mean and nasty people who we come across within our lives, who have not yet learnt to cross into other realms or other planes of existence nor have they come to terms of what they truly are, and as they were in the life of the flesh so shall they be without the flesh.  If they were mean, nasty or evil in the flesh they will continue to be mean and nasty without the flesh. In my life as a being of light and energy I have crossed and pushed away many of these spirits who once were ordinary people. These spirits are nothing more and nothing less that people. You chose to enter this world of flesh because of its near limitless possibilities, you entered this world of flesh to harvest experiences and to explore and sample boundless desires. You entered this world from a place where physical form is not a possibility and cannot exist and can never exist. You chose to enter this world because from whence you originated there is no sound, no sight, only nothing, energy, though and consciousness exists may exist there.  From whence you came you had no eye to see, no ear to hear, no body to feel, nothing to love or hate nor the capacity for love or hate. All the world is a stage Time and matter, they are the stage, they are the paints, the brush and the canvas.  They imagine for you a grand beautifully and complex stage, a stage built to explore desire…a stage built to harvest experience and to a stage built to eventually satisfy all expectation. You. Are the author, the director and its actor you play, on this stage, you play every role from the smallest of the small to the largest of them all. Awaken, see that you play on a stage, see that we all play rolls on this stage. You are the universe The universe is not some distant destination to be travelled by vessel or ship or footstep. The universe is not something that can only be seen in the night sky. You are the universe and the universe and all its wonder is you. Your blood, your heart, your eyes, they too are the universe. The air dancing its way through your lungs and back out again, the matter that gives substance to your bone. These are the very form of the universe. You are the universe and the universe is you.  every direction you look and in every space that you move.  You are as much apart of this universe as a though is to a mind, one mind, the ink, to its pen. I am the universe. As much as this world, as much as all the worlds that be and have been and those yet to be born.  I am the universe as much as the most distant and ancient star. Truth, untruth; Liar, truth teller; We are all these things and none of these things. We erect pyramids of truths made of sand. We perch proudly, arrogantly on the highest point of our fragile, forever shifting pyramids of sand, confident that our truths are enteral and will stand the trials of time. But inevitable time and wisdom brings our pyramids to ruin.  And then we gather to us more grains of truths to build yet another pyramid to perch upon; until once again, time and wisdom brings our mortal truths to fail. But now you say to me.  “are there no ultimate truths for which we may stand upon?” you say what about love, what about light, what about good vs evil. I say to you. You are god, willfully playing a near infinite number of roles, some unimaginably larger, some impossibly small You are god playing in the world as a happy fool, a wise man, a villain, a mother, a daughter, a Father, a son and much, much more. Savior, I am not your savior, you are.  I am not the author of your fate nor am I here to lighten your burden or add to your burden.  You are. Even those who have worn the mantle of savior in the past, even they could only help those who were ready, those who desired the experience of finding a savior.  I am here to offer you a path, one of many paths that lay before you. But the path you take, the decisions you make are you. They define you. They define you by creating the journey which is you. This path that I offer, may come with healing, or it may not, the path that I offer may provide you a sense of peace, enlightenment and awareness, but it also might not. You have to want this experience; you have to be ready for the experience. Wanting and being ready for the experience do not always line up together at the same time But ultimately you, You have to be what you need at every point in your journey. At some point in your journey, you may need to be your savior, at another point in your journey you might need to seek out and allow healing to enter your from.  At some point in your journey you might seek out a teacher, a source of light to show you all the paths in front of you that are open for you to travel. But also, at some point in your journey you might also need to be your owner destroyer and creator.  Destroying who you were before in order to create who you wish to be. Our true essence, the collection of all thoughts, the collection of all minds, the home of all consciousness resides outside of time, forever separate from space and our notion of time, location and distance. We reside outside of every moment and yet we are enter twined through all of time and space. Are true essence, sees forever into the past and forever into the future. We see the future, the past, the present as one, immutable, unchangeable.  All time, past, present, future was created at once, exists at once.  There is no direction in time. For our true essence time is nothing more than a constructed created by ego, an illusion, a tool for ego to learn more over a period of “time”, we created the illusion to enable us to grow more and to learn more and to be more than what we were before. Across every time, across every universe, across each and all realities that is what our existence encompasses. We are a form of energy, a complex collective of thoughts which is more that alive, boundless; we are a form of energy that resides and encompasses the entire continuum of all existence, boundless. Across the continuum we assume nearly an infinite number of shapes and forms including no form at all. We are infinite in our reach. Our thoughts, our minds, our hopes and dreams. The continuum of Existence; Part 1 This Day I am a man; born of two specific parents, born in this now, in this place in this precise moment time. I will live in this time but once in this universe, no day, no hour, no second of my time in this now can ever me the same. In this time I will have loves and joys, triumphs, failures and bitter despair specific only to this time, to this specific place, to this specific era… But what if I want to live again in this specific time, but with perhaps different parents or in a different place.  In this universe, I cannot, because each second is gone and no second in the future will ever be the same. But this universe will end one day and will be created back again from its embryotic form, from the same energy and matter and the same laws and commands that will guide its formation to this now. And as this new universe unfolds forward. Eventually this very point in time, this very same day will once again be presented, but with perhaps new options; perhaps new parents and perhaps new places for this time. We are forever, intertwined, interwoven, beautifully connected sparks of eternity; we are our thoughts, we are our desire we are the dreams of a dreaming mind; one mind; we are the salvation, we are the salvation from the darkness of true oblivion, a true and deeper death from which there is no rebirth, only a descent into the depths of an unbreakable emptiness and madness, we are this escape. Free will, the appearance of free will, or yet another option Before this universe began, it was written that you would hear my words this day.  Every tree every star, every cold rock on every cold distant planet was forewritten to be. Every action, every event that has every happened and that will ever happen was created before this universe began.  Waiting for its time, waiting for its time to unfold. When you look up, when move your arm, or when you smile or cry.  These actions you take and the precise movement when; were prescribed before this universe untangled itself of oblivion.  You might ask, is there no free will? Is there no randomness to everything?  Is everything, all events, and all actions unchangeable? Unbreakable are we and everything puppets on a string? Slave to the order and plan of the universe? I created you, I created you to be righted handed or left, if I toss an object to you to catch I Know how you will catch this object I know which hand you will choose. I did not order you to choose a specific hand at this moment, but as your creator, I knew the hand you would choose; your will is free. But as your creator, as your designer I created you knowing each and every choice you will make on each and every step you will take in your journey. The actions you will take tomorrow and the day after, and they day after that, they too have been prescribed.  But since you have no knowledge if the future. Every step you take to the future is a step into mystery.  Because you are not all knowing you are not aware the plan, of how the universe will unfold so it is of no consequence that your actions are prescribed and all events are preordained. Born from death; We cannot truly die because we existed and originated within the enterally cold heart of death. From the moment we awoke creation with the first, I AM, we were a newly born child, fathered by non-existence and eternity. One could describe our origin place as true death, when we spoke the first I am it was our escape from oblivion, from never ending darkness from nothing, from a soulless emptiness from true death. The Existence process Long before you were born, long before this world was formed, Long before this universe came to be, your existence began. What some would call god, what others would call the universe imagined, a dream, and that dream was the book, The Great book of existence, the story of creation and forever. In this book, you would know many, many births, and just as many deaths, in this book you would know perhaps not enough loves and perhaps to many hates. Long before this universe was formed your father, your mother of this now were told that they would have a child, you are that child. Long before this universe was formed your wife, she was told that you and her would know true love and marry Long before this universe was formed your children would be told that you would be their father in this now and you would love them. Long before this universe was formed you were told that your flesh would fail and your physical form would die and all those who love you would gather around and cry “why did you have to die” it was so sudden and now we are sad, oh why did he have to die. My Joys ends the suffering. My loves, ends the suffering, my sufferings ends, the suffering. My momentary suffering and joys cry halt, to an eternal suffering of an emptiness, an emptiness, filled beyond all measure, and emptiness filled beyond all knowing, knowing no boundaries, filled with absolute and endless nothing.  That is why I know joy, that is why I must know suffering. This is why I must see those around me suffer and all things suffer, this is why I must see those around my laugh and cry, this is why I must see those around me grown old and die or live to few and fleeting a heart beat. It is to escape, to escape emptiness, it is to escape an infinitely and eternal ocean of nothing. It is to escape an endless silence, a forever of darkness, a forever that cannot be touched. Who or what decides if my broken arm will ever mend, who or what decides if my cancer will flee and leave me be. Who or what decides of all my aches and pains, all my bums and strains, which one will be cured, if cured at all.  If all the numerous aliments brought forth by a life time of experience in this world were given the energy and power to be healed, would it be only 1, would it be the just the first 10 and no more? Bad back or over worked heart. Failing liver or struggling kidneys. Today’s migraine or winters first cold. All, none or some which will it be, who decides, what decides, how is this decision made?    The answer you seek is in your plan, or better yet, the plan.  No aliment shall be cured no sickness or no bone can mend if the plan we the universe have put forth has not called for it to be so. So if you are fated to die today you will die; today, if you are fated to lose an eye today you will lose that eye. Did god create this Human form No…..no The creation; created a process, and not an end product. Your physical form, 1 head 2 arms and 2 legs was not created per say. You do not have wings or a tail or fins because the process that created your physical from dictated that you do not have or need one. You do not live in the sky so you do not need wings you do not swim to the bottom of the sea so you have no need for fins to move or gills to breath. This process that built your physical form is constantly adapting, changing, changing your subsequent forms subtly over the years and dramatically over the millions of years. These changes in your form are based upon how best for your form to cope in the world of filled with flesh, teaming with hot and cold, dangers and rewards, and awash with obstacles to overcome ever changing, ever adapting.  What will this form look like in millions of years, what will this form look like in billions of years. Will the human form still have need for a head, will it still have need for 2 arms and 2 legs will the human from look anything like it does today? One question that I get asked a lot is what are chakra’s, what is their purpose and how many of them are they. My definition of a chakra is a center within our energy form responsible for connecting with energy from a specific source which can be used and directed into our physical body. People then ask me how many Chakra’s exist, my answer is it depends and then I say 0 to infinite. Right after I make this statement, I get a look of great confusion.
