In John 3::8 Jesus compared the Holy Spirit to the wind. In the same way we cannot control the wind as to where and how it will blow, neither can we control the Holy Spirit. The title or office of the messenger does not validate the message they present. In the modern church, there is too much emphasis on the messenger and too little emphasis on the Message itself, and this has opened the door to all sorts of deception in the modern church.
