Perfectionism
Blessed Wednesday & Good Day 2 U,I hope this message finds you well and at peace with the beauty of being human—flaws and all. In today’s episode, I’m opening up about my personal struggles with perfectionism and how, for so long, I felt the need to have everything in my life look and feel "just right." Whether it was in my business, my personal relationships, or even my spiritual journey, I often found myself chasing an impossible standard. But lately, I’ve been on a journey of unlearning the need to be perfect. I’m learning to embrace grace, to give myself room to grow, and to understand that perfection is an illusion that only holds us back. In this conversation, I’ll be sharing the specific ways I’m dismantling this mindset—how I’m shifting my perspective, practicing self-compassion, and allowing myself to simply be.If you’ve ever felt like you’re not doing enough, not good enough, or constantly falling short of unrealistic expectations, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about releasing that weight and stepping into the freedom of authenticity.Scripture of the day: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 "Love is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs"Quote of the day: "The price we pay for being our authentic selves is worth it" - Eartha Kitt

New Year, New Us: Bridging Self-Development and Community
Blessed & Happy Wednesday 2 U, In this episode, I discuss the shift from the often-heard "New Year, New Me" mantra to a more collective mindset: "New Year, New Us." Together, we explore how leaning into communion with one another can bridge the gap between self-development and service to others. As we step into this new year, it's time to prioritize community, foster growth, and embrace the beauty of being interconnected. Quote of the Day:"Beauty is not caused. It is." – Emily Dickinson Question of the Day: "How does being in relation with people you're familiar with contributing to your growth and development?"

Invisible Rules
Happy Wednesday 2 U, I hope this episode finds you well and feeling loved today. In this solo episode, I shared a personal moment which led me to this topic and how it drove me to discover limiting beliefs I held which set me farther from living in my truth. Although I didn't cover much of anything about how my relationship with Christ has cleared the smoke in my mirror, read this before listening: Gods thoughts are higher than ours and committing ourselves to rules that don't align with God's highest good only leads us to seclusion, less joy, and farther from the purpose he's destined for us. Get out of your self created box and find freedom in the truth, find freedom in whats good for you, and finds freedom in discipline. Question of the day: What are your invisible rules? Quote of the day: Proverbs 16. "1 To humans belong the plans of the heart, but from the LORD comes the proper answer of the tongue. 2 All a person's ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed by the LORD. 3 Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."
