Forum reporter Zidia Gibson sat down with Olivia Gregg, a senior public health major, and discussed seasonal affective disorder, a type of depression related to the changes in seasons, according to Mayo Clinic. Gibson and Gregg spoke about how the Westminster College community can prepare themselves for darker, shorter days in the winter, and why it’s important to care for one’s mental health year round.
