💌Hey everyone and welcome back to the gap year podcast, For the past five weeks I had the wonderful opportunity to dive deeper into my culinary endeavours and attended the 5 Week Ballymaloe cookery school in Ireland. This is a very special interview because we have the amazing chef Rachel Allen here on this podcast. Rachel was one of the lead cooks during the demonstrations at Ballymaloe and has inspired many through her amazing cookbooks and the joyful energy she brings to the culinary course.
