This week we are joined by Peter and Robbo discussing what it means to train. How to maximise your time in order to get the most out of your life. Doing things daily which scare and challenge you in order to grow as a person. Leveraging skills learnt in elite areas of the Armed Forces in order to help benefit you. Providing both practical and applicable advice in order to become the man you know you are capable of becoming. In the second episode of Season 2, we were lucky to be joined in studio by a former fighter jet pilot who currently is apart of the RAF training Alex is participating in. In the hour we spent talking, we discussed the benefits of joining the RAF, such as travelling the world during the Cold War, as well as the toll that the job can take, for example on your family members who are deserted whenever you're called to work.

In this weeks episode we talk with Ricci G about his time in reality TV. Discussing all things Geordie Shore, Big Brother and Ex on the Beach. We found this episode particularly interesting because it shone a light on the expectations and toxic culture of being in the limelight and having constant media attention. We also discuss trolls and the impact this has on peoples mental health. We dive deeper into what Ricci is doing now with his career as an international DJ and how his life has unfolded in an effort to inspire others.  We really enjoyed recording this episode and we hope you enjoy listening to it.
