This new project is based on the 2011 translation of the new international version of the Bible. Released in 2013 this presentation offers an International cast of performers. Welcome back to the show folks, as I have no doubt confessed many times on the show I live my life in a very unique body. A body that is sometimes hypersensitive. The sort of body that has to pay extra attention to its sensory perception on some occasions. Sometimes, when my body becomes aware of certain triggers it becomes heightened and occasionally overly aware of how it might be out of balance in a particular moment. Long story short don't overthink yoga. Just try to flow in the moment of the session and let your body rest and find its sweet spots of relaxation. Not every session is going to be perfect. If you keep steady breath and try your best you may be able to reset yourself. Take a deep breath and be patient with each session. I hope you all enjoy the show today!

Well folks, I have to confess that today I'm bringing a pretty laid-back show. Got a chance to spend some time with my dad yesterday though and check out the Lions game.
