Shakira Taylor is a Fully qualified Personal Trainer and Hula Fitness instructor since 2015, with over 14 years experience in the health and wellbeing industry. Specialising in educating and empowering women to navigate and manage the journey from Perimenopause and beyond by developing a positive relationship with exercise, nutrition and self care.Having started her own Perimenopause journey at the age of 39, now 43 it has become her mission to support Women on their journey’s and most importantly allow them to thrive!In addition to managing Perimenopause Shakira has the added complexity of managing Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) which she was diagnosed with at the age of 18 and this fuel’s her passion to raise awareness and provide education about Women’s health in all spaces. Managing many severe Perimenopause and PCOS symptoms Shakira realised that many lifestyle changes were necessary to gain back power over health.
