Welcome everybody to the men's pit podcast. It's just me and Ephraim today and and today we're gonna, we're gonna just be a little bit more natural. We're just gonna just interact the way that we normally interact with brothers and I know you have friends out there. I know you have brothers out there and and it's a time for us just to kind of show men out there how to really just have those really blood brother relationships and and then go through the natural process of how we actually interact and talk with each other about life, about the things that we're struggling with and what we're going through and things that God is doing in our life.

Welcome everybody to the men's pit podcast. This fine Monday morning. I'd like to just thank my brothers here. Ephraim and Dennis my, my compadres here. We have we have a very special day today. I, my brother, he is going to be taking the helm today. And Dolores has been putting on his heart some, a couple of different things.

And this is a podcast where no matter what your background, no matter where you've been we're all under, we've all been pulled out of this pit as men, and where God has taken us from the mire and the filth that we're in, and he has pulled us out and set us on higher ground.

Thank you so much, Lord, for this opportunity, Lord, to just walk in your hands, Lord. To hold your hand, Lord, and to just see something through that I've never done before. But Lord, this is the greatest honor and blessing of my life. Right now, today, Lord, right now, this moment, Lord, I know is a moment that you've given me, that's beyond my understanding, teach these men to walk and to run, to climb, to play, to have peace, to be calm, trust while they're walking their paths in your name, I pray, amen, I love you all.

And what we're going to be talking about is the issue of discernment. It's an area in our life where discernment has it's just a really big issue especially in today's age of determining what is right, what is wrong.What direction to go in, who you should be having into your life. There's just, there's a gamut of areas that discernment covers as men. And the Lord wants us to have discernment. And so what we're going to do is we're going to get right into it.
