    184. Tribulation & The Synagogue of Satan: (The Letter to Smyrna Part 2)

TRIBULATION & THE SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN(The Letter to Smyrna Part 2) | Revelation 2:8–11📖 In This EpisodeJesus speaks directly to the church in Smyrna and overturns every visible verdict the world had placed on them. What looked like failure, He calls faithfulness. What looked like poverty, He calls wealth. What looked like religious authority, He exposes as rebellion. This is not encouragement through sentiment. This is a verdict from the risen Christ.📜 TextRevelation 2:8–11 (NASB 1995)🔑 Key Themes1. Tribulation (θλῖψις)This is not a distant, future catastrophe. This is pressure. Crushing, sustained, relentless opposition. The normal cost of following Christ in a world that resists Him.2. Poverty… But RichThe church in Smyrna suffered real economic loss for their faithfulness. No guilds. No advancement. No compromise. And yet Jesus declares:“You are rich.”Present tense.Because true wealth is found in Christ, not in currency.3. The Synagogue of SatanJesus identifies their accusers with shocking clarity.True covenant identity has never been about ethnicity alone, but about faith in the Messiah. When the substance arrives and is rejected, the system that once pointed to Him becomes something else entirely.🧠 Big IdeaRevelation teaches us to see reality as heaven sees it.What looks like defeat may actually be victoryWhat looks like poverty may actually be wealthWhat looks like power may actually be rebellionJesus alone defines what is real.👑 The Verdict of ChristJesus does not promise immediate relief. He gives something greater:Your suffering is seenYour poverty is not ultimateYour enemies are exposedYour identity is secureYou are rich.➡️ Next EpisodeJesus tells Smyrna exactly what is coming:Prison.Testing.Death.And then gives one command that outweighs all of it:Be faithful unto death.📣 Subscribe & ShareIf this episode helped you understand Revelation more clearly, share it with someone who needs it and subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next.Join this channel to help support the work! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD_3vCL8AM6U3sJIAzq9vnA/join

    183. The Church of Smyrna (Part 1)

Episode SummarySmyrna was not just a city. It was a sermon. Its skyline looked like a crown. Its coins celebrated resurrection. Its loyalty to Rome promised glory through suffering. Every street preached a theology of death, vindication, and imperial reward.Into that world, Jesus speaks two titles that unravel everything:“The First and the Last” and “the One who was dead and has come to life.”Before He commands faithfulness, He establishes identity. Before He addresses their suffering, He reminds them who governs history and who has already conquered death. Why Smyrna receives no rebuke from JesusHow ancient cities functioned as theological argumentsSmyrna’s “resurrection” narrative and crown identityWhy Christians were economically and socially pressured through trade guilds and emperor worshipHow Jesus’ self-identification dismantles Smyrna’s civic mythologyWhy identity always comes before command in Christ’s lettersSmyrna had a resurrection story.Jesus had an empty tomb. That difference changes everything about poverty, pressure, prison, and death.Jesus turns from who He is to what He sees:Their poverty.Their accusers.Their coming suffering. And the command that defines the entire letter.Be faithful. What You’ll LearnCore TruthNext Week

    182. Revelation 2:1-7 - The Letter To The Church In Ephesus

In this episode of The PRODCAST, we return at last to the book of Revelation—moving beyond chapter 1 and into the first of the seven churches: Ephesus. After establishing that Revelation is not a futuristic end-of-the-world prediction, but a first-century covenantal judgment on the Jewish Old Covenant world, we now watch that theology land in a real city, under real pressure, with real consequences for real Christians.Ephesus was the nerve center of Asia Minor—economically powerful, religiously saturated, and socially unforgiving. It was a city governed by fear, profit, ritual, and reputation. Artemis ruled its imagination. Rome enforced its order. The synagogue wielded legal and social leverage. And the church lived at the collision point of all three.Jesus’ letter to Ephesus (Revelation 2:1–7) is not abstract theology. It is judgment and comfort spoken into a hostile environment where faithfulness was costly, vigilance was necessary, and endurance slowly drained joy. This episode explores:Why Ephesus is addressed firstHow pagan religion, imperial power, and Jewish opposition convergedWhy the Nicolaitans were more dangerous than persecutionHow faithfulness can survive while love quietly thinsWhy Jesus rebukes a church that is orthodox, discerning, and enduringWhat it means to leave your first love without abandoning truthWhy Christ threatens not persecution—but lampstand removalHow covenant judgment on Jerusalem (AD 70) changes everythingWhy the church’s goal was never mere survival—but burning loveThis is a warning for churches under pressure—and a promise for those who overcome.Episode StructureIntroduction – Why Revelation must be read covenantallyPart 1 – The City of EphesusPart 2 – The Religion of Ephesus (Artemis, fear, and power)Part 3 – The Nicolaitans and theological accommodationPart 4 – The hidden cost of faithfulnessPart 5 – Reading Revelation 2:1–7 in full contextPart 6 – Jewish opposition, Roman leverage, and covenant judgmentPart 7 – Christ’s rebuke: losing love without losing truthConclusion – Survival vs. joy, endurance vs. delight, warning vs. hopeScripture FocusRevelation 2:1–7Deuteronomy 28Leviticus 26Acts 19Matthew 241 Thessalonians 2:14–16(All Scripture quotations from NASB 1995)Support the ShowIf this episode helped you:SubscribeShareLeave a commentBecome a memberYour support makes this work possible.Join this channel to get access to perks:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD_3vCL8AM6U3sJIAzq9vnA/joinThanks for listening.See you next time on The PRODCAST.

    181. Courage in an Age of Cowards: An Interview With Matthew Everhard

In this conversation, Kendall Lankford sits down with Matthew Everhard to talk honestly about fear, courage, and the state of the modern church. Drawing from Matthew’s book Bold as a Lion, the two reflect on how recent cultural crises—especially COVID—exposed a deep failure of nerve among many Christian leaders. Rather than speaking in abstractions, they dig into what fear actually looks like in real life, how it quietly governs decisions, and why cowardice has become so respectable in the church.Matthew presses the point that courage is not a personality trait reserved for a few bold men, but a Christian obligation rooted in the promises of God. They discuss the fear of man, the fear of death, the role of pastors in setting the emotional and spiritual temperature of a congregation, and how bad theology often produces timid Christians. The conversation closes with practical wisdom on identifying your fears, confronting them honestly, and learning to live with settled confidence in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. This is a bracing, clarifying conversation—especially for pastors, fathers, and men who want to lead faithfully in an age that rewards fear and punishes conviction.Key TakeawaysFear touches every human being, but it should not rule the Christian lifeBold as a Lion takes its title from Proverbs 28:1The COVID era revealed how much fear had already taken root in church leadershipChristians, of all people, should be least afraid of deathCowardice is not merely unfortunate—it is spiritually dangerousPastors must deal honestly with the fear of man if they want to lead wellCultural pressures often shape the church more than ScriptureYou cannot fight fear until you identify what you’re actually afraid ofThe gospel doesn’t just comfort us—it emboldens usCourage grows through obedience, clarity, and dependence on GodQuotes from the Episode“Boldness is contagious—and it has to be led.”“The Spirit of the Lord came upon him.”“We are more than conquerors through Him who loves us.”Chapters00:00 – Why courage matters01:55 – The heart behind Bold as a Lion03:30 – COVID and the collapse of pastoral nerve06:36 – Luther, history, and fearless faith10:16 – Why pastors must lead with courage12:45 – The fear of man in ministry15:22 – Cultural pressure and Christian compromise20:52 – Eschatology and bravery24:11 – Thinking like victors, not victims28:19 – Different kinds of fear30:42 – Naming and confronting fear34:37 – How the gospel breaks fear’s power38:46 – Practical steps toward courage42:11 – Courage in everyday Christian living47:48 – Standing firm in a fearful worldKeywordsfear, courage, Christian leadership, pastors, boldness, COVID-19, church, fear of man, gospel courage, living faithfully

    180. The Case For A Preterist Supersessionism (Part 4: The Finale)

Why Zionism Breaks Christian TheologyThis is the final episode in our four-part series on supersessionism—what Scripture actually teaches about Israel, the Church, and the covenantal finality of Jesus Christ. This episode assumes the groundwork laid in Parts 1–3, where we traced the biblical storyline from promise to fulfillment, worked carefully through Romans 9–11, identified Paul’s remnant as historical and first-century, and showed that the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70 was a covenantal verdict from God—not a tragic accident of history.Rather than introducing new proof texts, this episode follows Zionism to its logical and theological end. What This Episode CoversIn this episode, we show that Zionism is not a harmless eschatological disagreement. Once introduced into Christian theology, it becomes a structural error that forces every other doctrine to bend in order to survive.Doctrine by doctrine, we examine the consequences:* How Zionism alters theology at the root by introducing covenant standing apart from Christ* Why it forces Scripture to speak in two voices—promise and postponement* How it undermines the finality and exclusivity of Christ’s finished work* Why it fractures the doctrine of God by requiring dual covenant programs* How it compromises the gospel by introducing ethnic exception clauses* Why it detonates covenant theology and the unity of redemptive history* How it fractures ecclesiology and turns the Church into a partial project* Why it renders the sacraments incoherent* How it poisons pastoral ministry by dulling repentance and evangelism* Why it ultimately denies God’s public covenant verdict in historyCore ThesisZionism does not preserve Christian theology.
It breaks it.By insisting that ethnic Israel retains covenant standing apart from explicit faith in Jesus Christ, Zionism requires Christianity to operate on two covenant logics—something the New Testament does not allow. Why This Is the Final EpisodeThere is nowhere else to go.Once the consequences are traced, the conclusion becomes unavoidable:
Jesus Christ is God’s final covenant with the world. Everything before Him pointed to Him. Everything beside Him has been judged. Nothing outside of Him still stands. This episode is not an attack on Jewish people.
It is a defense of Jesus Christ.Recommended Listening Order* Part 1 — The Biblical Framework* Part 2 — Romans 9–11 Explained* Part 3 — Covenant, Fulfillment, and AD 70* Part 4 — The Final Consequence (This Episode)If this series has been helpful, please share it, subscribe, and consider supporting the work so this kind of long-form biblical teaching can continue.

    179. The Case For A Preterist Supersessionism Part 3 (The Romans 11 Case)

SUMMARYRomans 11 is the bunker where every futurist, dispensationalist, and Zionist retreats when the rest of the New Testament has already dismantled their system. It’s treated like a theological panic room—an escape hatch that supposedly shields modern Israel-centric schemes from scrutiny. But in this episode, we show that Romans 11 is not their refuge at all; it is their grave. Paul is not confused, not contradicting himself, and not resurrecting Old Covenant categories he already buried in Romans 2 and 9. He is describing his own generation: the hardening and cutting off of unbelieving Israel, the first-century grafting of Jews and Gentiles into one tree, the fullness of the Gentiles within the Roman world, and the covenantal end of the Old Covenant age in AD 70.This episode uncovers how Romans 11 explains the real “end of the world” the New Testament talks about—not the destruction of the planet, but the end of the Mosaic world and the rise of the true Israel of God. We explore why the olive tree is not “the Jews,” why “all Israel” refers to the elect remnant, why the fullness of the Gentiles is a first-century reality, and what kind of world we now inhabit since the Old Covenant world has ended—a world where Christ reigns now, the kingdom grows now, and the nations are being discipled now.KEY TEXTS IN THIS EPISODERomans 2:28–29Romans 9:6–8Romans 11:1–36Matthew 21–24 (especially 21:43; 23:37–38; 24:14, 34–35)Luke 21:20–24Acts 2, 4, 6, 211 Corinthians 7:29–31; 10:11Hebrews 8:13; 12:25–28Ephesians 2–3Galatians 3–4BIG IDEAS YOU’LL HEARThere is only one Israel in Paul’s theology: Jew and Gentile united to Christ, the true Jew, by faith. The olive tree is not a dormant Israel waiting for a modern reboot; it is the living, first-century people of God being pruned and grafted in real time. The “fullness of the Gentiles” is a first-century reality in the Roman world, not a never-ending countdown to the last Gentile on earth.“All Israel” refers to the elect remnant within Israel, saved in the very manner Paul describes, before the Old Covenant world is torn down.AD 70 is not a random historical tragedy; it is the covenantal end of the Old World Moses built and the visible dawn of the world Christ is now ruling and filling.Zionism asks you to resurrect what God has buried and divide the one people of God into two; Romans 11 forbids it and exalts Christ as the one root, one Lord, and one covenant Head of His people.NEXT WEEK – PART 4 TEASERIn the next episode, we will expose exactly what you lose when you adopt the lie of Zionism. We will walk through the doctrines that begin to crumble: doctrine of God, Christ, covenant, the people of God, the kingdom, the church, baptism, mission, and eschatology. Zionism does not just twist a few verses; it eats away at the foundations of Christian theology, and we will name those areas one by one.THE MERRY CHRISTMAS, HERETIC SWEATSHIRTIf this episode helps you think more clearly and fight more faithfully, consider supporting the work: Grab theology-starting conversation gear at prodthesheep.comLimited-time Christmas drop: “Merry Christmas, Heretic” sweatshirt featuring St. Nicholas decking Arius at Nicea for denying the deity of ChristLINK: https://theprodcast.store/products/merry-christmas-heretic SHARE THIS CONTENTLike, subscribe, comment, and share this episode so more people can be disabused of bad eschatology and brought into biblical clarityCATCH UP ON THE SERIESThis is Part 3 in the Supersessionism series. 178. The Case For A Preterist Supersessionism Part 2 (The Historical Case)

Welcome back to The PRODCAST!In this week’s episode, we continue dismantling the modern evangelical myth that unbelieving Jews still retain a covenant with God. Last week, we built the covenant scaffolding from Scripture—showing that Christ is the true Israel, the fulfillment of every covenant, and the cornerstone of a new humanity. This week, we go further. Much further. We expose the tragic consequences of claiming that modern Jews—who reject and blaspheme Christ—still maintain special covenant status. We show how that belief undermines the Gospel, contradicts the apostles, and rips the heart out of New Testament theology. Then, we demonstrate from Scripture and history that:The Old Covenant was decisively terminated in the first century. The “end-time Jewish revival” already happened—in the first century. The mission of God now runs exclusively through Jesus Christ—and Him alone. There is no future temple. No ethnic-based revival program. No parallel covenant for Israel. No salvation outside the crucified and risen Christ. What the New Testament offers—what the apostles bled to proclaim—is a single blazing truth: The covenant now rests in Christ alone, and therefore the people of God are the church alone—Jew and Gentile together, in Him.If you want to understand Scripture, mission, redemptive history, the Great Commission, and the collapse of the Old Covenant Jewish world in AD 70, this episode is absolutely vital.Key TakeawaysJesus did not come to refurbish the Old Covenant—He came to obliterate it and replace it with Himself. The first-century judgment on Jerusalem was the covenant-ending curse promised in Deuteronomy 28 and Leviticus 26.The only Jewish revival Scripture speaks of already occurred in the first century. There is no covenant with God outside of Jesus Christ—for Jew or Gentile.Supersessionism is not cruel—it is the grammar of redemption and the only hope for anyone to be saved.Recommended ResourcesMatthew 21–24Romans 9–11Hebrews 8–10Galatians 3–6Isaiah 5Josephus, The Jewish War👍 Support This WorkIf this episode blessed you, challenged you, or sharpened your biblical understanding, please consider:Liking the videoSubscribing to the channelSharing this episodeLeaving a comment Partnering with us financially so that The PRODCAST can continue producing long-form biblical content in an age of shallow thinkingThank you for your support and partnership in the advancement of the Gospel!➡️ Next Week:Episode 3 – Romans 11We take the passage everyone runs to in order to escape supersessionism…and show why it actually destroys every non-supersessionist reading.Be ready. The whole house of cards collapses next week.

    177. The Case For A Preterist Supercessionism Pt 1 (The Covenant Case)

Welcome back to The PRODCAST for Episode 177!Today we begin a massive four-part series that cuts through the confusion, controversy, and caricatures surrounding supersessionism—and we do it from a fully biblical, Reformed, covenantal, Christ-centered, preterist perspective. This episode is Part 1: The Covenantal Case for Preterist Supersessionism, where we lay the foundation the apostles themselves give us:Christ is the true Israel → those united to Christ are the people of God → the land promise expands to the entire world → the Old Covenant institutions are fulfilled and therefore ended. If you understand this episode, the entire New Testament will come into focus.TODAY’S MAIN POINTS1. Christ Is Israel Concentrated and the Covenants ConsummatedJesus does not stand next to Israel’s story—He is Israel’s story brought to its climax. He relives Israel’s history and succeeds where Israel failed. He becomes the true Temple, the true Priest, the true Sacrifice, and the true Son.When the substance arrives, the shadows fall. This is the unavoidable starting point for understanding why the Old Covenant cannot continue in parallel with Christ.2. The People of God Are Defined Christologically, Not EthnicallyUnion with Christ—not ethnicity—determines covenant identity.Paul: “Not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel.”Ephesians: Christ creates one new man, not two parallel peoples.Peter: Titles once reserved for Israel now belong to the church. This is not erasure—it is fulfillment. The olive tree is one, and its life is Christ.3. The Land Promise Is Transfigured to the WorldThe land never shrinks back to Canaan. Christ enlarges it.Abraham was promised the world (Romans 4:13).Jesus promises the meek the earth, not Judea.Revelation ends with a global, renewed creation—not a fenced-off ethnic homeland. The land becomes cosmological because the King is cosmic.4. Circumcision, Priesthood, Sacrifices, and Temple Are Fulfilled and EndedThe institutions that defined Israel’s covenant identity have been completed in Christ.Circumcision → heart-renewal by the SpiritPriesthood → Christ’s once-for-all priesthoodSacrifices → the final, perfect offering of the SonTemple → Christ and His Spirit-filled peopleWithout these, the Old Covenant cannot exist—and neither can an Old Covenant people.WHY THIS MATTERSSupersessionism is not harsh, fringe, or speculative—it is the New Testament’s covenantal logic. It explains:The Great CommissionThe unity of Jew and GentilePentecostThe tearing of the veilThe transformation of the world under ChristWhy no future, post-Calvary covenant identity can exist apart from HimThis episode is the theological backbone of everything that follows.FULL SERIES ROADMAPPart 1 — The Covenantal CaseChrist as true Israel, the church as His people, the land enlarged, and the Old Covenant fulfilled.Part 2 — The Prophetic & Historical CaseHow the prophets foresaw this, how the apostles taught it, and how AD 70 sealed it forever.Part 3 — Romans 11 & Preterist SupersessionismThe passage everyone runs to—and why it actually proves the opposite.Part 4 — Objections AnsweredModern Israel, political Zionism, antisemitism accusations, premillennialism—and the biblical answers.SUPPORT THE SHOWThank you for supporting, liking, sharing, commenting, and subscribing!Your generosity makes this work possible. 176. The Jews On Trial

Welcome back to The PRODCAST — where we build Christians who stand firm in an age of collapse and advance Christ’s Kingdom in an age of retreat. In today’s episode, Pastor Kendall Lankford continues the Revelation series, unpacking the courtroom drama of heaven unfolding in chapters 2–3 — the letters to the seven churches. Before diving into each individual church, this episode lays the groundwork for understanding what these letters mean in redemptive history and why they still matter for the Church today.Episode SummaryRevelation 2–3 is not just a collection of letters — it’s the pre-trial of the covenant lawsuit Jesus brings against apostate Israel. In Revelation 1, the Judge enters the courtroom. In Revelation 2–3, He calls the witnesses — the seven churches. In Revelation 4–18, He brings the charges. And by Revelation 19–20, the sentence falls on Jerusalem. The so-called “Synagogue of Satan” was not pagan Rome but the apostate Jews who rejected their Messiah and persecuted His Bride. Jesus exposes their spiritual adultery, their allegiance to Caesar, and their blasphemy against the true Israel of God — the Church. By conspiring with Nero and Rome, they became Babylon in Jewish robes.Through this lens, Revelation isn’t about the end of the physical world — it’s about the end of the old covenant world. It’s a story of judgment, vindication, and the unstoppable reign of the risen King.Key ThemesThe Covenant Lawsuit: Revelation as the divine trial against the unfaithful covenant people. The Synagogue of Satan: Why post-resurrection Judaism became a satanic religion in rebellion against Christ. The Whore and the Beast: How apostate Jerusalem rode the power of Rome to murder the saints. The Political Calculus of Nero: How Jewish influence in Rome likely led to Christian persecution after the Great Fire. Why It Matters Today: Modern Zionism, dispensational confusion, and the Church’s call to covenantal clarity and dominion.Theological TakeawaysChrist’s judgment in AD 70 was not a mistrial — it was covenant justice. The Church is the true Israel of God, not the unbelieving nation that rejected the Messiah.Modern Christians must reject sentimental Zionism and dispensational delusion.Theology is destiny: our understanding of Revelation shapes how we live, lead, and build.Christendom must be rebuilt — not through cowardice or compromise, but through covenant faithfulness.Call to ActionIf the Judge of heaven did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare us.Be faithful. 175. Revelation 2-3 The Introduction

After a long ministry stretch, we are back. Today we move from Revelation 1 to the seven letters in chapters 2–3. This is not a manual for retreat. It is the risen Christ walking among His lampstands, inspecting, purifying, and commissioning His people for conquest. We set the stage with the covenantal and liturgical architecture of Revelation, step into the Roman world of emperor worship and enforced “peace,” and then trace the two-pronged persecution that crashed upon the early church from Rome and from apostate Judaism. Nero roared, Jerusalem raged, and the Lamb reigned. The blood of the martyrs watered the soil of a new world. Christ’s kingdom did not stall. It spread. These letters are marching orders for a church that overcomes.Key texts referencedRevelation 1–3; Daniel 7; Isaiah 60; Revelation 11:15; John 8; John 11:48; Matthew 16:18; Habakkuk 2; Isaiah 9:6–7.Historical note: Tacitus, Annals 15.44, on Nero’s persecution.Big ideas Revelation is covenantal, not a newspaper of future headlines. Christ is presently enthroned and presently judging. The seven churches stand for the church catholic. The High Priest walks among His lamps to commend, rebuke, warn, and strengthen.Rome’s “peace” was a liturgy of idolatry. Refusing a pinch of incense cost Christians jobs, status, and often their lives. The fiercest first-century opposition rose from apostate Judaism, which had traded its Messiah for Caesar and became an accuser of the saints.Judgment on Jerusalem and the humiliation of Rome did not end the story. They cleared the ground for Christ’s kingdom to advance through the nations. These letters are not relics. They are marching orders for modern dominion: repent where Christ rebukes, endure where He commends, conquer by faith and obedience.Memorable lines from the episode“Revelation is not given to terrify the saints but to fortify them.”“The empire stamped its image on consciences. The church refused and conquered.”“The powers that claimed to be gods died as men. The Man who died rose as God.”“We do not live in the twilight of history. 173. The Warrior Priest (Revelation 1 Finale)

Host: Pastor Kendall LankfordText: Revelation 1:12–20🔥 EPISODE SUMMARYIn this episode, Pastor Kendall Lankford brings our study of Revelation 1 to a close by unveiling Christ as both High Priest and Warrior-King. Far from a distant riddle, John’s first vision reveals a risen Christ who tends His Church with priestly care and tramples His enemies with kingly judgment. From His blazing eyes to His bronze feet, from His thundering voice to the sword of His mouth, this is no sentimental portrait—it is the glory of the Warrior-Priest-King who reigns now and forever. And for John’s hearers in the first century, this vision meant hope amid persecution. For us, it means courage, dominion, and joy in the unshakable Kingdom Christ has already inaugurated.🧨 WHAT YOU’LL HEARWhy Revelation was meant for John’s generation—and what that means for usHow Christ appears as the true High Priest, tending His lampstandsWhy His eyes, feet, voice, sword, and face are drawn from Old Testament imageryHow AD 70 fulfilled Jesus’ warnings and launched the new covenant eraWhy the vision is comfort for the Church and terror for her enemiesHow this Warrior-Priest-King still steadies His people today📚 KEY SCRIPTURESRevelation 1:12–20 – The vision of the risen ChristDaniel 7:9–14 – The Ancient of Days and the Son of ManHebrews 9:11–12 – Christ as the eternal High PriestMatthew 23 – Covenant curses on apostate IsraelLeviticus 26; Deuteronomy 28 – The covenant curses fulfilled📣 BEST QUOTE FROM THE SHOW“The same Christ who felled John to the ground also touched him with tender strength. 172. 15 Reasons Why Young Earth Creation Is The ONLY Biblical View

🔥 15 Reasons Why Six-Day Creation Is the ONLY Biblical ViewIf you get the beginning wrong, you’ll get the rest of the story wrong. In this episode of The PRODCAST, I make the case—biblically, theologically, and unapologetically—that literal, six-day creation is not a side issue. It is the bedrock upon which every doctrine rests. We’re not talking about a negotiable preference. We’re talking about the very first thing God told us—and the first thing Satan attacked: “Did God really say…?” From the authority of Scripture, to the gospel itself, to cultural battles raging today, this episode will show you why compromising Genesis will lead you down a path where you are compromising everything. In this episode you’ll discover:1. Why Jesus, Paul, and every biblical author read Genesis as literal history2. How denying six-day creation guts the gospel at its foundation3. Why “death before the Fall” is theological heresy4. How reclaiming Genesis is essential to winning the culture war📅 UPCOMING EVENT – Defending Six-Day Creation with Dr. Ken HamMark your calendars: Saturday, October 5th, Burlington, MA – Refresh Ministries is hosting world-renowned creation scientist and Answers in Genesis founder Dr. Ken Ham for a one-day conference on Why a Literal Six-Day Creation Matters.✅ Register now → https://brushfire.com/refreshministry/refreshchurch/608056 💬 Join the ConversationDo you believe six-day creation is essential? 171. The Seven Stars

The Seven Stars of Revelation | The PRODCAST Episode — Revelation 1:12–20Welcome back to The Prodcast! In today’s episode, we continue our deep-dive into Revelation 1:12–20, exploring the first vision John receives—and more specifically, what it means that Jesus is holding seven stars in His right hand. These stars aren’t celestial accessories or angelic abstractions. They are pastors—real men, charged by Christ to lead, feed, and shine. And their position? Held in the right hand of the risen and reigning Son of Man.📖 Episode Outline:PART 1: Who Are the Seven Stars? We biblically and exegetically demonstrate that the “angels” of the churches are not celestial spirits, but pastors—messengers held accountable by Christ. The Greek word angelos simply means “messenger,” and context makes clear these are human leaders of local churches.PART 2: Why Are They Called Stars? From Genesis to Isaiah, Daniel to Jesus, stars symbolize ruling authorities in Scripture. They are not just lights, they are lights that govern. These pastors are called stars not for their fame—but for their function: to reflect the light of the Son in the darkness.PART 3: Where Are They Held?Jesus holds them in His right hand—the throne-hand, the power-hand, the hand of authority, intimacy, and accountability. This is a position of profound significance. Pastors are not freelancers. They are possessed, protected, and judged by Christ Himself.PART 4: What Are They For?The relationship between star and lampstand is vital. Christ addresses the church through the pastor. The flame (pastor) sits atop the lampstand (church) as a visible sign of the church’s health and faithfulness. The health of the church flows from the clarity, courage, and Christ-centeredness of the man who speaks for Him.🎙️ In this episode you’ll learn:Why Jesus addresses the pastors, not just the congregationsHow the symbol of stars in the Bible represents covenant headshipWhat Christ’s right hand tells us about the nature of pastoral ministryThe theological implications of the pastor-church relationshipHow Jesus governs His Church through order, covenant, and preaching👨‍🏫 For Pastors:You are not an ornament. You are not optional. You are essential to Christ’s plan for His Church. This episode is a call to faithful, fearless, Christ-centered leadership in a world that desperately needs lampstands that burn bright.🙌 For Christians:Support your pastor. Pray for him. Protect him. Honor him. A faithful shepherd is one of the greatest blessings Christ gives to His people—and when the star burns bright, the lampstand shines strong.📌 Key Scripture: Revelation 1:12–20💥 Main Idea: Christ governs His Church through pastors held in His hand—men who are responsible, accountable, and empowered to shine His truth in every generation.🔔 Subscribe and ShareIf this episode blessed you, challenged you, or gave you a bigger view of Christ and His Church, please subscribe, rate, and share it with others. 169. The Day of the Lord

Was the “Lord’s Day” a Sunday… or a Sentencing? (Revelation 1:10 EXPLAINED)📖 Description:Most Christians read “the Lord’s Day” in Revelation 1:10 and think: Sunday.Worship. Rest. Maybe brunch after church. But that’s not what John meant. Not even close. In this episode of The PRODCAST, we uncover the courtroom drama unfolding behind this misunderstood phrase. We show that Revelation 1:10 isn’t describing a peaceful morning devotion—but a prophetic moment of divine reckoning, where the Spirit pulls John into the heavenly courtroom and shows him the final sentencing of apostate Israel. The prophets warned it. Jesus predicted it.And by AD 70, the fire fell—right on schedule. This isn’t about church calendars. It’s about covenant collapse. This is the Day of the Lord—the one they had coming.📚 What You’ll Learn:Why “the Lord’s Day” = “the Day of the Lord”—and why that mattersHow Revelation follows the structure of a covenantal lawsuitWhat Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Joel, Amos, and Malachi really saidWhy Jesus quotes Isaiah 13 in Matthew 24—and what that provesHow AD 70 wasn’t random—it was a legal executionWhat the prophets saw coming… and what John finally witnessedWhy the Church today must understand the verdict to live in the victory🔥 This Episode Is for You If:You’re tired of treating Revelation like an end-times horror movieYou’re ready to stop waiting for judgment—and start living in dominionYou want a theology that makes you build, not hide💣 Quotes to Remember:“The Lord’s Day wasn’t Sunday morning—it was execution day.”“Revelation isn’t a riddle. It’s a lawsuit.”“The prophets weren’t poets. They were God’s legal team.”“The temple didn’t fall by accident. It fell by verdict.”“We’re not living in the shadow of judgment—we’re living in the light of the Kingdom.”🧱 What’s the Point? When John said, “I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day,” he was stepping into the firestorm that the prophets foresaw and Jesus guaranteed. He wasn’t waiting for history to end.He was watching the Old Covenant world come crashing down—so that the Kingdom of Christ could rise in its place. Now that the judgment has fallen, it’s time to build.Stop reading Revelation like it’s about your future.Start reading it like it already happened—and your job is to live like a citizen of the New Jerusalem.🛠 Support the Mission (Not the Man):If this show helps you think clearly, build boldly, and worship more fearlessly, consider becoming a monthly supporter.📢 Final Call:Like. Welcome to another episode of The PRODCAST—where we prod the sheep and we beat the wolf. This isn’t a show for soft theology or Left Behind eschatology. It’s for those who want truth without filters, clarity without compromise, and biblical depth without sensational nonsense. If you're ready to understand the book of Revelation the way John meant it—and the way the early church heard it—you’re in the right place. In this episode, we walk through the very first vision in the book of Revelation. John turns, sees the glorified Christ among the lampstands, and everything changes. We’re going to unpack that vision, interpret the symbols, and show why getting this right is absolutely vital—not just for theology, but for how we live, vote, preach, and build.IN THIS EPISODE0:00 – INTRODUCTION: THE KING IS NOT HIDING4:25 – WHY VISIONS MATTER10:10 – WHAT VISIONS ARE (AND AREN’T)19:30 – WHAT VISIONS SHOW US ABOUT HISTORY33:45 – WHY VISIONS LOOK BACK, NOT AHEAD56:00 – VISIONS AS COVENANT COMMUNICATION1:09:15 – THE DANGERS OF BAD VISION INTERPRETATION1:25:20 – HOW TO READ REVELATION FAITHFULLY1:37:50 – CONCLUSION: LIVING IN ACT IIIKEY THEMESVisions in Revelation are not spiritual riddles. It’s a proclamation to live by.We’ve seen how the visions in Revelation are built on the Old Testament, how they structure redemptive history, and how they summon us—not to escape—but to advance. We are not living in the prelude. We are not waiting for chaos. We are in Act III. The King is enthroned. The covenant is confirmed. And the Bride is being prepared. So read Revelation like a covenant-keeper, not a code-breaker. Study it with a Bible in your hand, not a newspaper. And then live it—with courage, clarity, and conviction. This is the time to build. To sing. To preach. To plant churches, raise families, and shape nations under the rule of Christ.Because He is reigning.Because the Kingdom is growing.Because the vision is clear. And because the time is now.

    166. A Postcard From Patmos

Before Revelation unveils dragons, seals, and cosmic battles, it gives us a thunderless—but no less triumphant—scene: an aged apostle, exiled on volcanic rock, writing the words of heaven with blistered hands. Revelation 1:9–10 is not background. It’s the battleground where tribulation, Kingdom, and perseverance collide. In this episode of The PRODCAST, Pastor Kendall Lankford unpacks the true context of Revelation's opening vision—John in exile, Christ enthroned, and the Church enduring. This isn’t futurism. This is first-century fire. And it’s still burning. In This Episode You’ll discover:— Why tribulation isn’t coming… it’s here— Why Christ isn’t waiting to reign… He is reigning— Why perseverance isn’t optional… it’s our birthright— Why Sunday worship isn’t sentimental… it’s a throne-room invasionThis message isn’t just about Patmos. 165. The REAL Second Coming

📺 Episode Title:Did Jesus Already Come on the Clouds? (Revelation 1:7 Explained)📖 Description:Is Revelation 1:7 about Jesus coming back in our future? Not even close. It’s about His judgment-coming in the past—a real, historical, covenantal reckoning that took place in AD 70, just like He said it would. In this episode of The PRODCAST, we dive deep into one of the most misunderstood verses in the Bible. We show how Jesus’ “cloud-coming” was not a global sky show, but a local judgment on Jerusalem. And the longer the Church ignores that, the more we stay trapped in fear, confusion, and end-times nonsense.Forget rapture charts. Forget prophecy panic. This is about a King who already reigns—and a Church that’s supposed to act like it.📚 What You’ll Learn:1. What “coming with the clouds” really means (hint: it’s about judgment, not floating)2. Why “every eye will see Him—even those who pierced Him” was about first-century Israel3. Why “all the tribes of the land” refers to Jerusalem, not the whole planet4. How the grammar in Revelation 1:7 (Greek: erchetai) proves it was already happening5. Why “soon” actually means soon, and how ignoring that has hollowed out Christian hope6. How 2,000 years of bad predictions—from Y1K to 1988—missed the mark7. Why Jesus' judgment in AD 70 fulfilled prophecy—and wasn't just a Roman accident8. How the early Church saw it—and why we need to recover that clarity today🔥 This Episode Is for You If:You’re tired of doom-and-gloom ChristianityYou’re ready to stop hiding and start buildingYou want a view of Revelation that puts courage in your chest, not panic in your veins💣 Quotes to Remember:“Jesus didn’t delay—He delivered.”“This isn’t about escaping the world. It’s about conquering it for Christ.”“The clouds aren’t pillows of peace—they’re chariots of judgment.”“Every failed prophecy ignored one thing: who pierced Him.”“The world didn’t end. The covenant did. And the Kingdom began.”🧱 What’s the Point?Jesus didn’t promise to come on the clouds someday. He said He’d come in that generation—and He did.The Temple fell. The King stood. And now? Is Revelation 1:7 about Jesus returning in our future? No.It’s about His triumphant judgment in the past—fulfilled in AD 70, just as He promised. In today’s episode of The PRODCAST, we walk through two thousand years of prophetic misfire—from burning temples to failed raptures, from medieval monks to Left Behind madness—to show that Revelation 1:7 has already been fulfilled. And the consequences of denying that fulfillment have left the Church weak, fearful, and eschatologically castrated.IN TODAY’S EPISODE, YOU WILL LEARN:Why “coming with the clouds” is covenantal judgment, not cosmic destruction (Isa. 19:1; Matt. 24:30)Why “every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him” must refer to first-century Israel—not usWhy “all the tribes of the land will mourn” is about Jerusalem’s fall, not global catastropheWhy “soon” means soon—and how denying it has wrecked pulpits, missions, and hopeHow misreading Revelation 1:7 led to 2,000 years of apocalyptic faceplants—from Y1K to 88 Reasons WhyHow charts, calendars, and comets replaced covenantal clarity with cosmic confusionHow the 20th century turned failed prophecy into a marketing strategy—and why fear sells better than faithWhy the King has already come in judgment, is already reigning, and why His Church must rise—not retreatTHIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU IF:You’re sick of rapture charts and spiritual paralysisYou’re ready to build instead of bunkerYou want eschatology that puts fire in your bones and steel in your spineTEXT: Revelation 1:7–8TOPIC: False comings, failed calendars, and the forgotten KingMISSION: Not to sell panic, but to preach the King who reigns now. 9 Lies Christians Believe About the Timing of RevelationHosted by: Pastor Kendall LankfordText: Revelation 1:1–3 (NASB 1995)Location: The Shepherd's Church – Chelmsford, MA🔥 EPISODE SUMMARYIn this jaw-dropping episode of The PRODCAST, Pastor Kendall Lankford rips the curtain off of Revelation 1:1–3 and exposes the lies—nine of them—that modern Christians have believed about the timing of this book. Was John mistaken? Was he vague? Was “soon” just symbolic? Or did Jesus actually come in judgment just as He said He would? You’ll learn how this book wasn’t written for some distant future dystopia—but as a covenantal proclamation to the first-century Church, declaring the end of the Old Covenant world and the rise of the victorious Kingdom of Christ.🧨 WHAT YOU’LL HEARWhy “soon means soon”—and why denying that unravels biblical trustHow scholars and pastors twist time to keep futurism aliveWhy Revelation isn’t about a coming war—but a war already wonThe problem with “God’s time,” “motivational urgency,” and “dual fulfillment”How Jesus crushed the Old Covenant, triumphed over His enemies, and now reigns as KingWhat you and your church must do now in light of His reign📚 KEY SCRIPTURESRevelation 1:1–3 | “The things which must soon take place… for the time is near.”Revelation 22:6–7 | “Behold, I am coming quickly.”Matthew 24:34 | “This generation will not pass away…”1 Corinthians 15:26 | “The last enemy… is death.”📣 BEST QUOTE FROM THE SHOW“If you have to crucify the Apostle John to keep your Left Behind fantasy alive, then you've already left the Bible behind.”🛡 TAGS#ThePRODCAST #JesusIsKing #Postmillennialism #Preterism #ChristReignsNow #BiblicalEschatology #ReformedTheology #DominionNow #RevelationFulfilled #Apokalypsis💥 SUBSCRIBE AND JOIN THE TEAM!Share the episode. We’re diving headfirst into Revelation 1:1—and by the time we’re done, you’ll never hear the word apocalypse the same way again.Forget the end times catastrophes and conspiracy charts. The book of Revelation is not about mushroom clouds and barcodes. It’s about a King and His Kingdom. It’s about judgment for covenant-breakers, and joy for the covenant-keepers. 157. Christ is King!

WELCOME BACK TO THE REVELATION SERIES!EPISODE 2: Christ is King! We’re back for Episode 2 in our deep dive through the book of Revelation—and this one is foundational. Before we even open to verse one, we must understand the central theme that undergirds the entire book: Jesus is King—and He is reigning now. Not in the future. Not symbolically. Not privately. But physically, globally, and triumphantly. From Genesis to Jude, the story of Scripture is the story of a King and His Kingdom—a Kingdom that is not postponed or privatized, but present and powerful. In this episode, Pastor Kendall exposes the two major errors plaguing modern eschatology—dispensational delay and amillennial abstraction—and builds an unstoppable case for the present, progressive, and planetary reign of Christ. This is not a theology of retreat. It’s a theology of reign.TOPICS COVERED IN THIS EPISODETwo Eschatological Errors – Why dispensationalists and amillennialists both misunderstand Christ’s Kingship. The Kingdom in Genesis – Adam’s dominion mandate, the cultural mission, and the cosmic scope of Eden. The Patriarchal Promises – How Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Judah all point to the coming King. The Mosaic Model – The Torah’s vision of kingship rooted in obedience and visible governance. The Davidic Covenant – Why Jesus must rule over a real, global, eternal Kingdom.Royal Psalms – From Psalm 2 to Psalm 72, the Old Testament sings of Christ's dominion.Isaiah’s Prophecies – The government will rest on His shoulders… and never stop increasing. The Major Prophets – Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel proclaim the coming King and His world-conquering rule. The Minor Prophets – Short books, big vision—declaring Christ's reign over land, law, and nations. The Gospels Announce the King – Jesus steps into history not as a suffering servant only, but as the long-awaited King. The Church as His Embassy – The Church isn’t surviving the culture—it’s discipling it.Revelation Unveils the King – The book is not about escape—it’s about enthronement. Christ is reigning, and the world is being made new.SCRIPTURE REFERENCESGenesis 1:28, 3:15, 17:6 – Kingship, dominion, and the promised seed.Psalm 2:6–9, 72:8–11 – The Son receives the nations as His inheritance.Isaiah 9:6–7, 11:1–10, 24:23 – Christ’s government, glory, and justice fill the earth.Daniel 2:34–35, 7:13–14, 7:27 – A Kingdom that will never be destroyed.Matthew 28:18–20 – All authority has been given to Him.Acts 2:30–36, 17:7 – The early church declares: Jesus is King now.Ephesians 1:20–22, Colossians 1:13, Philippians 2:9–11 – Christ’s current reign over all things.Revelation 1–22 – The coronation, conquest, and consummation of Christ’s Kingdom.🔥 KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE 🔥Dispensationalism postpones the Kingdom.Amillennialism spiritualizes the Kingdom. Both are wrong. Christians And A Trump Presidency (An Interview with Philip Kulishov)

In this episode of The PRODCAST, I sit down with entrepreneur and business strategist Philip Kulishov to discuss how Christians should think about the Trump presidency and what we should be doing with the time we've been given. We dive into:✅ Why Christians must learn to steward victory and not just expect battle and defeat✅ How business, finance, and productivity are key tools for kingdom building✅ Why communism, socialism, and statism are antithetical to Christianity✅ The historical suppression of Christianity in Soviet Russia and what we can learn from it✅ How Christians can build institutions, wealth, and influence for long-term gospel impactPhilip shares his powerful story of growing up in a family that fled communist Russia, his grandfather’s imprisonment for the faith, and how these experiences shaped his perspective on work, wealth, and dominion. We also discuss why globalism is pushing back against nationalism, why many Christians don’t know how to handle winning, and why this next four years is a God-given opportunity to build.🔗 Follow Philip Kulishov:Website: https://philipkulishov.comBusiness Podcast (Business 300 – Short, impactful insights on business management): https://philipkulishov.com/podcastX (Twitter): https://twitter.com/KulPhil🎧 Subscribe & Support the Show:If this conversation encouraged you, make sure to like, share, and subscribe! 149. The Second "Coming" ALREADY HAPPENED!

The Second “Coming” ALREADY Occurred Welcome back to The PRODCAST, where we tackle the toughest biblical passages, demolish dispensational doom-and-gloom, and prod the church to live like Christ reigns—because He does! In this episode, we dismantle one of the most misunderstood topics in eschatology: the second coming of Christ in Matthew 24. Spoiler alert—it’s already happened. Don’t worry, this doesn’t deny the future bodily return of Christ. Instead, we’re diving into what “coming” means in its historical and covenantal context. 🔑 What We Cover in This Episode Why dispensationalism’s gap theory is a house of cards. The true meaning of Jesus “coming on the clouds” (Hint: It’s not futuristic sky surfing). Twelve lines of biblical evidence that Matthew 24 is fulfilled prophecy. How this changes everything about how we live as Kingdom citizens today. 🚨 Key Highlights Jesus’ words Are Trustworthy 1. The word “immediate” (Matthew 24:29) doesn’t leave room for a 2,000-year gap. 2. Every event Jesus prophesied—including the Great Tribulation and the fall of Jerusalem—happened within a generation. Understanding the Genre 3. Jesus switches to apocalyptic language in Matthew 24. This isn’t about literal celestial disasters but symbolic judgment on the Old Covenant order. Quoting the Prophets 1. Jesus draws directly from Old Testament passages (e.g., Daniel 7, Joel 2, Amos 8) to show that His judgment on Jerusalem fulfills centuries of prophecy. Dispensationalism Debunked 1. Forget futuristic fantasies of global catastrophes. Matthew 24 isn’t about the end of the world; it’s about the end of the Old Covenant. Living in the New Covenant Kingdom 1. The destruction of Jerusalem proves Christ’s enthronement as King. We’re not waiting for a Kingdom to come—it’s here, and it’s unshakable. 🌟 Takeaways for Today Freedom: Stop living in fear of an apocalyptic future. Jesus reigns now! Confidence: Trust His promises—Christ’s victory in AD 70 is proof that His Word is true. Action: Live boldly as Kingdom builders. Christ’s Kingdom is advancing, and you’re part of it. 🎥 Missed an Episode? If you’re just joining us, pause here and watch the previous 11 episodes in our series on Revelation.
