    This episdoe we are delighted to talk to Mary Ho, who works in our Health E-Learning and Media team. Mary is Psychotherapist by background, and she has also spent time in India training to be a yoga teacher.  Mary opens up regarding a personal bereavement which has inspired her to follow a mindful pathway as she discusses her experiences of meditation, Yoga and sound bathing.  In an inspiring conversation Mary talks to us through her personal and professional wellbeing journey. Please note we are discussing sensitive topics such as bereavement but we hope you can find some inspiration from this podcast just as we have.

    Welcome to our first ever Podcast we are very excited and amazed at how well this turned out. We love it and we hope you enjoy it too. We had a very honest and open conversation about our experiences of self-care and wellbeing.   We talk about the Mindfulness apps that we use, Headspace and Calm. There are lots of these resources available and we will discuss them more as the podcast continues. Relax and enjoy our first episode.
