We continue with the book of Esther; we see God's divine providence and outworking, and we understand the consequences of pride, hatred, ambition, and impatience in the life of Haman. We see how patience and humility (fruits of the spirit) were at work in Esther and Mordecai's lives. It teaches us to be patient in times of trouble, in our walk with God, and in times of reward.

Today, we examine the book of Esther, chapters 4 and 5. We learn about the courage and faith of Mordecai in the face of adversity and how he knew and trusted God alone to save His people. We see how Esther received revelation and instruction through prayer and fasting in the place of fellowship and obedience. We also learn about our place in all of this in how we treat others and how Christ sees us. It is every believer's responsibility to pray for one another

We learn how the disobedience of a single man affects the destiny of a man and a nation, and we also see how much God detests sin. We should be quick to repentance as believers; we should not have to be told before we fall in His presence and ask for His forgiveness because His mercy is available for those who genuinely want to repent.

Part 9 of out Midweek Series (A Journey Through Jonah). Target Scripture: 1st John 4:1-6In the final episode of this series, we look at a review of all we’ve leant over the past 2 months. We explore questions like “What does the book of Jonah teach us about common good and common grace?”, “What does it mean to trust God?”We then investigate a short message in 1st John 4:1-6 regarding how we as Christians need to be careful what we expose ourselves to when it comes to hearing the word of God. We need to test spirits that are brought to us because we are in a time where there are false prophets and false teachers.

Today, we examine who our neighbor includes—our enemies who have hurt us, inflicted pain, and so on—emphasizing our enemies and reminding ourselves of how humanity reached the point of hating our enemies. It was not stated at any point in the law that we should hate our enemies. God has called us to show love to all, as He has also shown us love. Christ came to correct the corruption of God's word.

What exactly does all this mean? How can we understand God better with this knowledge? These questions are answered as we begin to wrap up this series.

Part 7 of out Midweek Series (A Journey Through Jonah). Target Scripture: Jonah 4:1-4In this episode, we look at the heart of Jonah and his understanding of God. For example, Jonah had an issue reconciling the fact that God was both a judge and a merciful God. It’s difficult for Christians to understand these “contradictions” with Christ. Jonah also saw God as a means to an end. A story we’ve all heard before. Listen and learn just how flawed Jonah was and how we can be better.

Part 6 of out Midweek Series (A Journey Through Jonah). Target Scripture: Jonah 3:1-10In this episode, we discuss how Nineveh’s corruption mattered and one of the things we see is that oppression between individuals occurs and this matters to God. We also learn about having a missional heart because a missional heart is at the heart of Christianity and it is what balances the truth of God’s word and the need for repentance with a true a genuine care for humanity and the desire to fight against oppression.

Part 5 of out Midweek Series (A Journey Through Jonah). Target Scripture: Jonah 2:1-10In this episode, we discuss how God shows humiliation as an act of divine mercy. Jonah was swallowed by a fish and this was the lowest God brought him for him to become humble. This lesson of humility made him realize that he needed God.

Today's teaching speaks about the relationship between thanksgiving and a repentant heart. A repentant heart uses possessions, positions, and power wisely. A heart of thanksgiving sees itself as nothing before God and does not care about other people.

Part 4 of out Midweek Series (A Journey Through Jonah). Target Scripture: Jonah 1: 11-17In this episode, we discuss that a selfishheart is a heart of sin. We also look at God’s feelings about sin. There are parallels between Jonah and Jesus. But most importantly, we learn about how easy it is to do what God wants. Unlike Jonah who disobeyed first.

Today, we explore the book of Luke 7:36-50, and we take a look at the story of the woman (sinner) who washed and wiped Jesus's feet with her hair, kissed it, and anointed it, and how Jesus forgave her of her sins. She is a reflection of man as a sinner and our inability to atone for our sins by ourselves. Our response to God's forgiveness should be service, worship, sacrifice, and love.

Target Scripture: Jonah 1: 7-10In this message we study the parallels between Jonah's experience in the boat during the storm and the Christian life. We look at the way Jonah was addressed by the other sailors on the boat, who he represented and how this was a reflection of his identity.

In today's teaching, we look at God our deliverer; we take a closer look into the life of Jonathan and how the Lord delivered him from the hands of the Philistines, how he proceeded into the camp of the enemy on the word of God, and God delivered him out of the hands of the Philistines.

Welcome to the first part of our 2-month series, A Journey Through Jonah. For the next 9 weeks, our lead pastor, Rev. Billy Adesola will walk us through the book of Jonah. As we explore this book, we will learn about the person of Jonah, his loyalty to his country, his relationship with God and so much more. You don't want to miss any part of this!

In today's teaching, we learn that Jesus is always ready to meet with us; he never hides or keeps away from us. We learn that Jesus meets us at the point of our faith, what we have decided to hold on to about him by our measure of faith at a particular moment; that is what He does for us. We also learn to recognize our need, resign to our life in Christ, and remain in Him.

In the teaching for today, Rev Billy teaches on the miracle of the lame man in Jerusalem. There is a lesson on evangelism here. God doesn't do things just because. He does things for us so that the glory can return to Him and we can tell others of His wondrous works.

Pastor Gbenga talks about the ways that we can obtain the promises of God for our lives. Citing the example of Abraham. There are also ways we can lose out on the promises of God. This won't be a failing on God's side because God cannot lie or repent on His word. We therefore need to learn how to obtain and retain the promises of God for our lives.

What does it mean to truly lack? The bible says that blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Does this mean we have to suffer on earth and be poor? Pastor Femi goes in-depth to explain the truth behind this beatitude and how we can be obtain the blessings of lack.

What does it mean to truly follow Jesus? There are people or things in our lives that we hold on to and these people or things do not allow us to truly follow Jesus. In this message, Pastor Billy, talks about how we need to sacrifice our personal idols in order to be true followers of Christ.

Contending with the devil is fighting with the devil. Once we give our lives to Christ, we have been given the power and authority to take back what the devil has stolen from us. Pastor Gbenga gives us strategies on how we can contend with the devil to claim our victory.

In this message, our pastor talks about temptation and how we can deal with it using the example of Jesus Christ when he was tempted on the mount. Fun fact, only Christians can be tempted.

Today's teaching exposes us to wisdom and our lives as believers. How we should speak to quell anger, encourage, and bring grace to other people; how we should seek God's wisdom in all we do; and be joyful always by our words and our countenance everywhere we go

The text of today's teaching is taken from Deut 6:1—19, where we learn about the relationship between fear, love, and obedience. The Christian life is beyond every believer; our God is a God of continuity. Believers need to know the right estimation of who God is and who we are before Him. Our love for God is defined by sacrifice in studying God's word and practical and constant contact with the Word of God. Fear and love of God lead to obedience.

Today's teaching gives us an insight into how to seek true (God's) wisdom. It teaches us how to receive His word as the truth, incline our ears to His wisdom, ask for insight, and abide and study His word daily so the Lord can give us an understanding of the fear of Him.

Today's teaching speaks about the power of our testimony. The words we speak are very powerful and can determine a lot in our lives. However, out testimony isn't just about what we say. We need to be able to confess the Word of God.

Today's teaching speaks on the power behind using the name Jesus as a weapon against the forces of darkness. We can rely on Jesus for the pulling down of strongholds, healing, protection, provision, prosperity, etc., as long as we believe in Him.

Today's teaching opens us to the power of confession in the life of a believer. We learn about the power of the word of God, how God honors His word above all else, and how power resides in the tongue of a believer if we proclaim the word of God daily over our lives.

Today's teaching tells us about the authority Christ gave us over "all" the power of the enemy. If only we would fear the Lord, meditate on His name, and persevere. As Christians, overcoming is important.

In the second part of our series for this month, our pastor speaks about another weapon of our warfare. Praise has always been a very key weapon in the past and it is still relevant today. There is the example of Paul and Silas in jail and how praise helped them to break free from jail. Listen and understand how we can use praise to defeat the wiles of he devil in our lives.

In the first part of our new series (The Weapons of our Warfare) our pastor speaks about Righteousness. He tells us why righteousness is a defence and a weapon and the need for a Christian to seek righteousness and how much God values it.

It’s a new month and an opportunity to hear the word of God. In this sermon, our pastor talks about how people used their experiences with God to boost their faith. This was the case for Caleb and he was rewarded by God for his faith. Rahab is another example of someone with outstanding faith. However, this was not always the case. The Israelites believed that they carried out their exploits by themselves and they suffered for this. You can listen and understand how this all affects your life as a Christian today.

Repentance is a great attribute that God loves in a believer. David is a good example of a repentant heart because he accepts his faults and also the consequences of his actions; he does not try to justify his wrongdoing, and finally, he humbles himself. This should be a good example to every believer who seeks to truly follow Christ.

In this deliverance teaching, our pastor teaches about how to deal with fear and how we need to depend on God's Word amongst other things in order to be delivered.

What is the reality of life as a Christian? How do we react to this reality change? These are realistic questions that are answered in this sermon.

Today's teaching dives deeper into the life of David as a cheerful giver, a man who gives to God without any restrictions on his person, time, and resources—and holds nothing back. This teaches the modern-day believer that no one can outgive God Himself, but we must give to God in order to receive his bountiful blessings. We must give ourselves first, then our resources, time, skills, finances, etc.

This teaching tells us about a man after God's heart and gives us insight and practical steps into David's life as he depended on God for everything. He did not rely upon his strength, power, bravery, or anointing but rested fervently on God.

Welcome to August! In this special thanksgiving service, our pastor talks about doubt and how we crush the seeds of doubt. He focuses on the story of John and Jesus in Matthew 11 and how this exemplifies God's stance when it comes to doubt. He also goes into why we doubt and what we need to do differently.

A teaching of the parable of the prodigal son that teaches us about our dependence on God and how we can amount to nothing by ourselves. We also have the grace of a loving father who loves us above all else and doesn't keep a record of our past misdeeds. As long as we are willing to humble ourselves, repent, and come back to Him for our safety and prosperity, all of our being lies in Him.

A prayer and teaching service. In this service, Pastor Billy teaches on the book of 1 Peter chapter 1 as well as leading prayer sessions on the book.

In this teaching, we look at the parable of the king and the banquet he organized for those who were worthy but did not attend. Christ uses this parable as a picture of the Kingdom of God and also to show us that when those who are worthy do not come forth, He will use someone else, indicating our total dependence on Him for everything.

A Bible Workshop on practical steps to Christian living.

This is a teaching on the parable of the owner of the vineyard and the laborers who thought the owner owed them. This primarily teaches us that God does not owe us anything and that we owe him everything. We should not think ourselves entitled to God's blessings, but we should see them as a privilege. We should do all we can for the Kingdom in our youth because a time will come when it will be too late.
