But really, my work is simply about living in alignment with my truth and only doing what me brings me joy. Over the years I’ve realised that so much of what holds us back isn’t life itself, it’s the things we carry… the stories, the doubts, the expectations, the conditioning. And when we begin to gently clear some of that away, something beautiful happens. We start to hear ourselves again. We reconnect with what we truly love. And life begins to feel a little more natural, a little more honest.Back in 2007 I opened Quest, a spiritual gift shop and wellbeing centre that has grown into a very special community space for healing, learning, and connection.
