In this transmission we journey to a small temple of light in the higher astral planes. There we begin to look into the astral body to activate the astral senses, to clear, cleanse, uplift and strengthen the astral body so that you can more safely and gracefully move through the astral planes. Cravings are intense desires driven by physical, emotional, or neurological triggers. Whatever the craving, whether for alcohol, food, sex or drugs there can be a loss of control where the craving simply takes over. Cravings can seek to numb or manage stress, anxiety, depression, or past trauma. Cybele is an ancient Anatolian Mother of the Gods, representing the earth, fertility, and wild nature. Worshipped across Phrygia, then Greece, and Rome (where she was known as Magna Mater or the Great Mother). The Greek writer Homer wrote that Cybele is "the Mother of all gods and all human beings." Cybele became associated with several Greek deities such as Rhea, Demeter and Dionysus. The Romans believed that Cybele was the Mother-Goddess of ancient Troy. I met this Goddess in Istanbul (May 2026) where I was woken from the dreaming planes in the middle of the night by an orchestra of cats. Then, as the cats quietened down, I felt the touch of the Goddess and she showed me her energy on the earth-plane was very ancient going back to Neolithic hunters. Later she was present during the great shift from hunter-gathering to agriculture. I was shown the symbol of a sheath of grain and also grapes. She is seeking to return to these ancient lands and to this world. In this transmission you are invited to invoke a triangular force of energy within you. The top point, around the crown is your Higher Self. This chat about dark forces concludes with a few tips you can use to neutralise both fear and psychic interference."Now before I dive deeper into this I have to say that dark forces are real, I had a very direct experience with them that lasted around six years when I passed through a dark night of the soul. There is a talk for under five minutes on the imprisoning nature of unworthiness. This is followed by a meditation to dissolve the imprisoning inner psychic structure, liberate all inner child aspects and then recreate the psychic structure in a new more spacious, protective and liberating way."The trap of unworthiness is a state of being where an individual has become convinced they are fundamentally flawed, and they are somehow not enough. Feeling not enough is an endless egoic hall of mirrors since this can mindset can infect every aspect of the psyche from smart enough to good looking enough to fortunate enough.Unworthiness feeds self-judgement and negative self-talk. It can create a reality where shame and fear are always hanging around in the background. There can be a fear of rejection, a fear of being judged, a fear of being seen, a fear of failure, a fear of things going wrong, and more. Unworthiness can create a reality of depression and alienation.Unworthiness feeds a negative ego that seeks to keep us somehow protected from the judgements of the world yet it often does this by keeping us very limited and blocked. So, out of a fear of failure the ego will block any forward movement. Out of a fear of being seen the ego will keep us hidden and afraid to step out into the light. Unworthiness creates hypervigilant defences against the world. Unworthiness becomes a dark filter over the heart and mind that blots out the helping light of the Higher Self, Angels and Guides.Unworthiness disconnects us from our true authentic nature and true gifts and abilities. Unworthiness is forged in the dark fire of a critical upbringing, where the caregivers are dark and distorted mirrors for the growing child. Unworthiness is also a program and imprint that we can bring in from other lifetimes. We do this not as an act of self-punishment but rather as a means to heal in this lifetime something very debilitating at a soul level.In its job of dealing unworthiness parts of our ego create imprisoning structures for our vulnerability, our inner child, our inner children. Self-harm can be someone causing physical harm to themselves. Self-harm can manifest in other ways such as emotional/mental anguish and withdrawal and isolation. This meditation has two possibilities First it can be for a parent, guardian or care giver who wishes to send a clearing and healing light to a being in their care suffering from this. This transmission is designed for any parent (or blood relation or guardian) of one or more children who wish to energetically protect their children from lower frequency interference within any education system. In this inner journey we travel to a garden that represents your human energy. Different parts of the garden represent different areas of your life. The further you go into the garden the more it changes. Eventually you come to a place where two hawthorn trees grow. The hawthorn tree is a tree that is beloved of the Faerie Races and also of the Goddess. These two trees are a portal to another dimension created by the Goddess. Beyond the trees the garden changes since here the garden represents both the human world and the dimension of Faerie. At the end of the garden a chasm that is the separation between the two worlds. Here angels assist in building a bridge of light to connect the two worlds. You are invited to step on the bridge and feel yourself between both worlds. As you cross over and explore the realm of Faerie you discover a different light here, the colours are slightly different. the feel of nature is somehow more vibrant and magical. In this dimension you have the opportunity to absorb the magical energy here.
