Cravings are intense desires driven by physical, emotional, or neurological triggers. Whatever the craving, whether for alcohol, food, sex or drugs there can be a loss of control where the craving simply takes over. Cravings can seek to numb or manage stress, anxiety, depression, or past trauma. All cravings have negative consequences and in some cases can cause strain in personal and professional relationships, also financial strain and with some can lead to risky behaviours. This transmission begins with a closing and sealing of the energy fields. This is followed by calling on the Higher Self and Metatron to clear any lower entities, energies and psychic cording associated with the craving. Cybele is an ancient Anatolian Mother of the Gods, representing the earth, fertility, and wild nature. Worshipped across Phrygia, then Greece, and Rome (where she was known as Magna Mater or the Great Mother). The Greek writer Homer wrote that Cybele is "the Mother of all gods and all human beings." Cybele became associated with several Greek deities such as Rhea, Demeter and Dionysus. The Romans believed that Cybele was the Mother-Goddess of ancient Troy. I met this Goddess in Istanbul (May 2026) where I was woken from the dreaming planes in the middle of the night by an orchestra of cats. Then, as the cats quietened down, I felt the touch of the Goddess and she showed me her energy on the earth-plane was very ancient going back to Neolithic hunters. Later she was present during the great shift from hunter-gathering to agriculture. I was shown the symbol of a sheath of grain and also grapes. She is seeking to return to these ancient lands and to this world. In this transmission you are invited to invoke a triangular force of energy within you. The top point, around the crown is your Higher Self. One of the lower points of the triangle holds the energy of your inner critical voice. The other lower point holds the energy of your inner child that is part of your vulnerability. In this transmission we call on your Higher Self to open the space and connect you first to the light, love and wisdom of Mary the Magdalene. Then to the Ancient Egyptian Goddess Hathor who is strongly connected to the qualities of love and inner beauty. There is a talk for under five minutes on the imprisoning nature of unworthiness. This is followed by a meditation to dissolve the imprisoning inner psychic structure, liberate all inner child aspects and then recreate the psychic structure in a new more spacious, protective and liberating way."The trap of unworthiness is a state of being where an individual has become convinced they are fundamentally flawed, and they are somehow not enough. Feeling not enough is an endless egoic hall of mirrors since this can mindset can infect every aspect of the psyche from smart enough to good looking enough to fortunate enough.Unworthiness feeds self-judgement and negative self-talk. It can create a reality where shame and fear are always hanging around in the background. Unworthiness can create a reality of depression and alienation.Unworthiness feeds a negative ego that seeks to keep us somehow protected from the judgements of the world yet it often does this by keeping us very limited and blocked. So, out of a fear of failure the ego will block any forward movement. Out of a fear of being seen the ego will keep us hidden and afraid to step out into the light. Unworthiness creates hypervigilant defences against the world. Unworthiness becomes a dark filter over the heart and mind that blots out the helping light of the Higher Self, Angels and Guides.Unworthiness disconnects us from our true authentic nature and true gifts and abilities. Unworthiness is forged in the dark fire of a critical upbringing, where the caregivers are dark and distorted mirrors for the growing child. Unworthiness is also a program and imprint that we can bring in from other lifetimes. Self-harm can be someone causing physical harm to themselves. Self-harm can manifest in other ways such as emotional/mental anguish and withdrawal and isolation. This meditation has two possibilities First it can be for a parent, guardian or care giver who wishes to send a clearing and healing light to a being in their care suffering from this. In this inner journey we travel to a garden that represents your human energy. Different parts of the garden represent different areas of your life. The Goddess Isis, (known to the Egyptians as Aset or Eset) was the sister of Osiris, Seth, and Nephthys. It seems apt to share this on Valentine’s Day (2026) which has long been a chosen day to celebrate romantic love. Not that this is a day I am particularly interested in, rather this is because so many are focused on love and connection this day. I offered an exercise on a live call the evening before Valentine's Day 2026 to upgrade and uplift all relationships, not just romantic, to a higher level of light and love. This is a relatively new field of healing that few have explored that concerns the connection between the online world and the lower astral planes. (Since the digital space is growing exponentially I may need to revisit this work in the light of any new revelations).My first experience of being energetically attacked through the online world was around 18 years ago. One of my social media accounts got taken down and a spiritual group I was running at the time was taken over by someone I can only describe as having an opportunistic low vibe personality. I was running a retreat away from home at the time and I felt something was off though I had no idea at the time the source of the issue. This experience and others have revealed how certain spaces within cyberspace is directly connected to the astral planes. The other challenge is that data collected in the online world can be used to create astral and energetic interference. This data can be used through sympathetic magic, which works on the principle that "like affects like" and "things once connected remain connected." Whereas in the past magic might use a clip of hair or nail, or a doll made in someone’s image, now there is a great wealth of material that can be used via cyberspace. In the Norse myths there is a legend of war between the Aesir and Vanir pantheon of Gods/Goddesses. The Vanir pantheon are strongly associated with fertility, nature, and certain types of magic. The Vanir features powerful female figures, most notably Freyja, Goddess of love, beauty, and magic. Many interpret this legend as representing a cultural shift where an older, and more matriarchal agricultural society that worshipped fertility gods was displaced and to some extent absorbed into a more war-like patriarchal society. Freyja’s name comes from an old Germanic word meaning ‘Lady’ or possibly meaning ‘Lady of the Vanir’. She was often depicted riding a chariot drawn by large cats. In some ways Freyja could be compared with the Greek Goddess of Love Aphrodite, and the Roman Goddess Venus though she also possesses much magical qualities and in this way also resembles the Egyptian Goddess Isis. One of her main magical gifts was her gift of prophecy that included not only an ability to look into the future, she also was able to influence the future.
