We're talking about the Self-Doubt Demon and how to call back your power in 5 steps!Other mentors have it wrong. IF we ignore our doubts, they just fester in the background until they explode. Instead of trying to continue on while you have a piece of you in fear, you need all of you to be rooted in safety in order to group. I think fulfillment comes and the dollars follow. Are we really seeking these income goals or are we seeking fulfillment? Many of us struggle with the idea that something is "wrong" with us. We’ve been taught that if we just think positively or shift our mindset, all will be well. But here's the truth: it’s not about a mindset issue. It’s about realigning with your divine consciousness and embracing all parts of you—both light and dark. It’s almost like your shadow self is the defense mechanism that keeps your divine consciousness safe. All of the ego self, the inner gatekeeper, the fears, and the limitations are surrounding your divine consciousness to keep you feeling secure. Feeling secure is always at the base of your hierarchy of needs; you only get to self-actualize after you’ve met your other basic needs. 

I recently let go of the title of "Mindset Mentor" because it never felt quite right. I am now embracing that what I do here is full body work, soul work, and shadow work alchemy. This got me thinking, the titles that we adopt in our "work" are really just spells that make us conform to whatever field we are in. What if, instead of watering ourselves down in order to fit a certain niche, we speak at our full potency? I'm turning 33 and found some fine lines in my forehead and it's making me poetic. This has nothing to do with business and everything to do with savoring your life and enjoying it while we can. The way you see your self is the source of all your power. When you make the shift to see yourself as powerful, abundant, and always attracting in the clients, that's how it's going to happen. But I think it takes a little bit more that visualizing. I think we need to decide who we are going to be. So start of with "I am someone who...." One of mine this year is very leo rising: I am someone who is always attracting new opportunities for fun and celebration. So let's celebrate the new year by deciding that we are going to be different. We are going to take action and we are going to make it happen, not just setting goals and never taking action.
