The Spiritual Exercises
by Discovering the Ancient and Deeper Truths of Scripture
The Spiritual Exercises stands as a distinct ministry, born from an insatiable hunger to unearth the unvarnished truth concealed within the sacred pages of Scripture. Its very genesis springs from the fervent quest to unravel the perspectives of the hands that inscribed these divine words. Our unwavering commitment rests upon the bedrock principle of conducting all things according to the Scriptural playbook, as we endeavor to rediscover the very essence of our Christian faith at its primal source. We're not content with merely scratching the surface; our relentless pursuit delves deep into the annals of history and the rich tapestry of culture to fathom G-d's Word within its truest context. And it is not merely knowledge that drives us, but the ardent desire to seamlessly integrate these profound teachings into our lives, guided by the boundless love and wisdom of the Messiah Yeshua (known to many as Jesus). rachela.s

Are Christians Making Covenant With Pagan gods - Part 2
This is part 2 of my series on covenant relationship and where Christianity may be enacting adulterous behaviors toward our Messiah. Yeah, I know. Sounds judgmental. But what if it’s true? If we love the Lord with all of our heart, then we need to stop leaning on our own understanding and let the...

Are Christians Making Covenant With Pagan gods?
Why does food sacrificed to idols come up so much in the Bible? Why is food so prevalent throughout Yeshua’s teachings? Why does the Bible teach that food is part of ceremony and covenant and yet, in most Churches, we only get a small/skewed discussion about this with something called…

Dealing with Christian Arguments Against God's Laws
In this podcast I deal with common issues around Bible verses in the NT that seem to claim that God no longer cares if we obey some of His commands. After many conversations with Christians, these are the most commonly used verses to argue against God’s Feast Days, Sabbath days and Food laws. I...

Blue, Scarlet and the Consistency of God's Laws And Message

The Appointed Times: Passover and Spring Holidays in The Bible
This is, by no means, a complete teaching. This is for the beginner and even then, it could have gone a very long time. Why do the actual holidays of Yeshua matter? How do we observe them today? Where do we see them in Scripture? Why they are different than what Christianity’s traditions teach.…

The Torah is Light and Bread, Just like Yeshua
Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. I love my brethren in Christianity. Dearly. And think they do massive amounts of good (even when the institutions seem to be destroying entities led by wolves). But there is an aspect to Christianity that continues to astound me: Christianity teaches that...

Should the Jews Have the Land of Israel?

Yeshua is God And The God of The Old Testament
I have a handful of folks around who are questioning the status of Jesus as God and as one with God. While I can see that The Father has roles that make Yeshua subservient, I don’t have an issue with that. My role as mother is preceded by my role as human and woman. I serve these roles in the…
