Many things that we eat like seafood, honey, cinnamon and the like are not what we think they are. They are substitutes or other things made to look like or taste like something we want.Much is the same in our spiritual diet. We listen to junk we hear online, fake junk from dubious characters and take it into our spirits. We eat this spiritually without regard to the damage it is doing to our relationship with God.

We count vows lightly...GOD doesn't. You must do what you tell God you're going to do.If you don't, you won't like the consequences.
