In this episode, Nova and Mack sit down with Kendra Blondell aka Kennie Sings, a Bronx-based poet and artist with the stage presence of a battle rapper. They talk about anime, battle rap culture, ways to "push your pen", dealing with criticism and doubt, and overcoming depression by finding your soul purpose. Kennie drops a couple of bars at the end and reveals her plans to write a book and create an anime.
