Triumph Over Trauma
by Suzanne Urban
Our mission is to lead individuals from pain to purpose through the healing power of God’s Word. Rooted in over two decades of ministry, we are devoted to helping people overcome spiritual bondage, emotional wounds, and generational trauma. Through prophetic insight, pastoral care, creative expression, and Spirit-led teaching, we illuminate the path to restoration and identity in Christ. Whether through speaking engagements, podcasts, photography, or prayer, we foster a community where brokenness meets breakthrough — and every story becomes a testimony of triumph.

Mary--A Mother After God's Heart!
Today we look at Mary—not through the lens of tradition or artwork, but through Scripture.Mary is not to be worshiped, but she is to be honored as a woman who modeled what it means to be a mother after God’s heart. Her life reveals surrender, reflection, guidance, endurance, and intercession. Through her example, every mother, grandmother, and spiritual mother can find encouragement and strength.Luke 1:38

Lord, Teach Us to Pray
Luke 11:1-13Introduction — The Most Important RequestWhen the disciples walked with Jesus, they saw Him heal the sick, cast out demons, calm storms, and raise the dead. Yet they never said, “Teach us to preach,” or “Teach us to do miracles.”They said:“Lord, teach us to pray.” — Luke 11:1Why?Because they recognized that everything Jesus did flowed out of His prayer life.Prayer was not an event for Jesus—it was His lifeline, His rhythm, His communion with the Father.Today, we stand in that same place of holy hunger. We say, “Lord, teach us to pray.”

Tearing Down the Alters: Waging War with a Tender Heart
2 Kings 22:19; 23:19-24Declaration "In the name of Jesus, we stand as sons and daughters of the living God. Our hearts are tender, our spirits are awake, and our lives belong fully to the Lord.""We renounce every lie of the enemy. We break every agreement with darkness. We reject every generational curse. We cancel every assignment of the adversary.""We tear down every altar that was not built by God--alters of fear and shame, Altars of bondage and compromise, altars of trauma and altars of sin.""We declare that every stronghold is broken. Every chain is shattered, every foothold is removed. Every hidden thing is exposed and defeated by the power of Jesus Christ.""We rebuild the altar of the Lord in our hearts, we restore worship, obedience, hold ness and covenant faithfulness.""We declare that our homes, families, future Bel ngs to Jesus. Our minds, bodies and spirits are covered by the blood of the Lamb.""We are free, deli vered, restored, and victorious. And we will walk in the authority of the Holy Spirit from this day forward" "In Jesus' mighty name -- Amen"

When God Removes the Labels
Everywhere we turn people are being labeled. Sometimes the labels come from society and sometimes they come from family. Sometimes they come from our own wounded hearts, labels are small words with big consequences. Labels don't just describe, they define. They don't just identify, they imprison But the good news of the Gospel is this: God does not label people the way the world does. God does not reduce people to their mistakes their past or their reputation. God sees beyond the label and speaks to the destiny. We're going to look at what scripture says about labeling and how God calls us to see people the way he sees them
