Here's a quick overview of the post athletic recovery drip I had while on the podcast with Billi Jo and Jade from just over a week ago. Quick look:1) I felt minimal soreness after a heavy leg day that has maintained after multiple heavy workouts including a Murph Challenge primer workout 7 days after the drip, still minimal soreness. 2) I had increased mental clarity (still do over a week out)3) No bruising or swelling from the IV site4) I had the best time with Billi Jo and Jade while the drip infused. Pray together!
