    9 Days Later: Nine Days After My Athletic Recovery Drip from Liquid Life IV Therapy

    Here's a quick overview of the post athletic recovery drip I had while on the podcast with Billi Jo and Jade from just over a week ago. Quick look:1) I felt minimal soreness after a heavy leg day that has maintained after multiple heavy workouts including a Murph Challenge primer workout 7 days after the drip, still minimal soreness. 2) I had increased mental clarity (still do over a week out)3) No bruising or swelling from the IV site4) I had the best time with Billi Jo and Jade while the drip infused.     The Divine Office and Other Public Prayer with St. Francis de Sales

    Pray together! What google will tell you about The Divine Office, also known as the Liturgy of the Hours or Opus Dei, is the official daily prayer of the Catholic Church. It involves praying at specific times throughout the day, sanctifying each hour with prayer, and is primarily structured around psalms, hymns, readings, and prayers. The Divine Office is intended to unite the faithful in prayer, praising God and interceding for the world. Here’s a link to what the ⁠Divine Office⁠. ⁠Ibreviary⁠ is what I use on my phone when I don’t have access to a paper copy of the liturgy of the hours(also called the divine office) It’s a simple way to unite your prayers with countless hundreds and thousands of people praying world wide the same prayers at once. Thanks for listening!
