God's Promise came first and the law came second. The law doesn't cancel the Promise; it doesn't replace God's Grace. It reveals how much we need His Grace.

No-one has ever been justified through the works of the law, but only through faith in Christ, who fulfilled the law.

How do you know that the gospel you believe is true and complete? In his letter to the Galatians, Paul is clear that the gospel he preaches is the whole gospel as revealed to him by God. It needs nothing added to it; it is whole and perfect.

The Creation story has many parallels throughout the book of John, showing that Jesus is the new Adam who has redeemed creation with His life.

Jesus shares His glory with all believers and promises His continued work and ministry among them.

What is the heart of Christ for His followers after the crucifixion? How does He minister to His people now?

Jesus set aside His glory when he came to Earth. Christ's glory poured out for us gave Him authority to bring us reconciliation with God. After His death, resurrection, and ascension, His glory was restored. We need to follow this model by setting aside our own glory in this life.

Take heart, Jesus has overcome. We can have true peace in Him, even in the midst of trouble.

We all face battles, but even though we don't always understand we can know that Jesus wins and that we can have complete joy in having a relationship with Him.

What happens when following Jesus doesn't make life easier, but rather, harder? Jesus wants to prepare us for when that happens.

Disciples of Jesus are never alone; we have the Holy Spirit with us to guide us. We need to respond with obedience.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We should get to know Him better and get to work bringing Him glory.

Isaiah describes the meaning of the baptism of believers.

John 12 poses some questions for us to consider: - How do we respond to Jesus as King? How can we know Him properly? - What can we expect will happen now that Jesus' time has come?

If Jesus is with you, death holds no power over you.

John 10 paints a picture of the relationship between Jesus and His people. We are challenged to know God's Word and voice.

In John 5, Jesus reveals that He has the authority of God to save and to judge. If you have accepted Christ, you have received something far better than physical healing.

The first action of God towards humans was to give to them. God is the Giver; we are the receivers.

Part 1: True worshipers worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. Part 2: God's Word always brings life, even at the graveside. Our faith and faithfulness spills over to our community.

Through His love, Jesus presents us with a choice: to believe in Him or not. If we believe, we are born again and God gives us a new life.

The end of Psalm 139 is often left out when the rest is quoted, because it seems harsh and negative in the context of a poem about God's deep comfort, closeness, and grace.
