    8. Emotional Intelligence and Cultivating our own Compassion with my Accidental Life Coach, Nerida Bint

Introducing you to a dear friend of mine and unofficial life coach, Nerida Bint. Nez and I met only a few years ago, but from that first day, I felt like I could share absolutely anything with this woman. Though most of my interactions with Nez were actually while I was working for her (from dinner party setups to organising her wardrobe and everything in between) we would always end up in deep conversation about our lives, sharing everything from vulnerable stories and personal struggles to inspirations, desires and life dreams. Nez was the very, very first person I mentioned this little podcast dream to, and from that day, she has always checked in and held me accountable for actually executing and pursuing it. So much so, that she let me borrow her apartment one day and practise recording my first episode, where she then made us lunch whilst listening to it with earphones in, laughing and nodding along the way and giving me full, honest feedback afterwards - a day that I feel was so pivotal in this journey! Now I get to have her on here for real, and show what an amazing human she is and the powerful work she is putting out into the world. We cover such topics as; Nez's personal pain and suicide story (trigger warning) Nez's journey into creating the women's only gym, Lissome Nez's journey into Emotional Intelligence and Relationship coaching Subconscious vs conscious mind How to re-parent ourselves Cultivating our own compassion and inner kindness What in the world makes her go wait...what? AND SO MUCH MORE! If you want to get in touch with Nez, you can find her here: https://www.instagram.com/neridabint/

    7. Sexology, Self Pleasure and Embodiment with my Facilitator, Nikkiema Rai

Introducing you to one of my facilitators within the Institute of New Paradigm Intimacy, Nikkiema Rai. Nikkiema truly knows her stuff when it comes to sexology. Not only is she one of the head facilitators at INPI where she teaches and demonstrates the Self Pleasure modality every week, she is also a Somatic Sexologist and Sexological Bodyworker. Alongside this, she has studied and immersed herself in a number of other modalities that beautifully compliment each other within this industry, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy training and Erotic Mysteries training. Nikkiema was the first person to welcome me into INPI and from day dot I could sense that this woman knew her sh*it. Nikkiema delivers information in an easy-to-digest manner, which allows for people not so familiar with this work, to follow along and gain an understanding of the power, potency and pure magic that can be experienced. There's some juicy stuff to be learnt peeps! And all questions and queries are welcome. If you would like to learn more about Nikkiema's work and passions, you can find her here; Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/somaticsexologist/ Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/nikkiema

    6. My Gut Health Journey

GUT HEALTH. A topic that to some, may not mean much, but to others, it means everything. I am the latter, and in this episode, you will find out why. I have been journeying with healing my gut for 10+ years, which has involved equally as many diets, tests, supplements, teas and tonics as it has breakdowns and feeling defeated.   Some of the extra friends I have discovered along the way include SIBO, candida, dysbiosis, psoriasis and low stomach acid, just to name a few.   This journey is still continuing on today and it's very much a mental game more so than physical. However, I thought I would share my personal story as I know how frustrating, uncertain, isolating and hopeless it can feel to try and eat the healthiest way possible, move your body, eliminate foods and pop the pills with the best intention, but not always having it go to plan.   This one is for more my fellow funny tummy friends.   Enjoy.

    5. A Spontaneous Episode whilst on Vacay with, THE GALS

Introducing you to my very best friends, THE GALS. For this episode, whilst on a weekend away in a bliss lake-side Airbnb, I decided to surprise my friends with a cheeky feature on my podcast. A chance to showcase their humour, quirks, kindness and unique personalities in a short 5-10 minute snippet each. Despite some of them not being so eager to talk on the airwaves, they all participated and did extremely well in answering my questions and flowing along with my spontaneity, which created such a fun and enjoyable experience (there was the help of a frozen margarita or two). I wanted to keep things short and sweet with this, asking the girls 3 simple questions; What is your life motto? What is one of the funniest or best memories you have of us? What in this world makes you go, "Wait...What?" So, in order of speakers, please welcome to your ears; Cobi Eade Brianna Woods Jaisey Arriguetti Maddy Brown Jessica Tuck Nina Waterton Tegan Heath Meredith Hall THANKS AGAIN GALS AND I PROMISE I'LL NEVER SPRING IT UPON YOU AGAIN.

    4. Mindset, Hormones and Habits with my Coach-Turned-Friend, Jade Hawkins

Introducing you to my F45 coach, turned dear friend, Jade Hawkins.   Jade is an intelligent, inspiring and motivated young woman who should be at least 55 years old with the experience and knowledge she holds within herself, particularly around mindset.   Jade and I would spend every F45 class chatting about anything that wasn’t the exercise I was meant to be doing at that time. Instead, we would delve right into conversations around hormones, sex, relationships, gut health, meditation etc. and it’s no different here, diving into topics such as:   Mindset Moving through depression Hormones, cycles and the pill Working in the fitness industry Habits Self worth/self love The ups and downs of living in your 20s Covid, lockdowns and long covid   Jade was a no brainer when it came to asking her to be on my podcast, and I’m sure after listening to this conversation you will see why.

    3. Fear of Failure and the Power of Self Pleasure

Self Pleasure. Yep. I'm going there. Nope. It's not masturbation. In this episode I talk about that big old pesky fear of failure, and how the power of tuning into the body with Self Pleasure has helped me to start to overcome it. I explain the difference between Self Pleasure and masturbation, and share some experiences of my own with my body showing clear signs of communication. From discovering the need for deep compassion, to resigning from my job, Self Pleasure has proven to be a powerful tool to make all those necessary life changes. Enjoy!

    2. A Trip down Memory Lane with my brother, Lachlan Harvey

Introducing you to my very first guest and very own brother, Lachlan Harvey. Lachlan has walked alongside me from the first day out of the womb and so it felt only natural to drag him alongside me as my first guest in this podcast adventure. Lachlan is a wonderfully charismatic creative, who is also annoyingly stinky, but can tell a story and play music like there's no tomorrow. Lach and I cover many different topics in this episode, including: Lachlan's journey through creativity with music, video production and radio Childhood desires manifesting as adult careers High school to University transition and the lull of this questionable time The struggles in a small town as a creative Journey with drugs The power of Guitar Hero Lachlan's transition through being vegetarian > vegan > omnivorous The journey of our brother/sister relationship Many childhood memories including Lachlan's first secret tattoo Spirituality, religion and hitchhiking I could continue on listing all the things. However, I will leave it at that and hand this over to your listening ears to learn all there is to Lachlan and what in his world makes him go, "Wait...What?". Want to hunt down Lachlan yourself? You can find him on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/sugargob/ And on his very own podcast that we didn't even mention! Here: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/juices-flowing
