But now they’ve gone and done something truly unique by replacing the rye component in their own-make Bourbon with some mesquite-smoked malted barley. Will it be too smoky? Or not smoky enough? Will we miss the rye? Or will it strike the balance between single malt and bourbon that the mashbill implies? Tune in and find out!
