Hello, I am Jennette a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. One of my favorite ways to be active is walking outdoors with a friend, but I recognize it can be difficult to be consistent when another person’s schedule is involved. So let me be your walking buddy, I can go walking with you anytime you’re ready! You can join me for an early morning walk around your neighborhood, a quick stroll on your lunch break or even pacing around your kitchen after it gets dark in the evening. Don’t worry I’ll be doing all the talking so you won’t feel awkward if you’re breathing hard. In fact we will take some time to leisurely walk and talk about mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health but mix it up with some higher intensity segments intended to make you a little breathless and improve your fitness. Each episode we’ll end with a takeaway message that you can apply in your real life today. So grab your headphones, put on your walking shoes, and let me
