Pastor Kenneth attended Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina, where his passion and calling for ministry came to life. Throughout his college career, when he wasn't playing on his college baseball team, he was leading a Campus Ministry with a few of his closest friends. It was in college that he met his wife, Sherry. Together, they moved to Delaware, where Pastor Kenneth spent seven years as a Students Pastor in Harrington, Delaware. Then, in July of 2013, Pastor Kenneth felt a clear call to plant UNITED Church. Partnering with the Association of Related Churches (ARC), UNITED Church was born on September 20th, 2015. On launch day, we saw 515 people in attendance! He served as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship in South Butler, NY for 27 years, and watched the church grow from 35 to over 350 in Sunday morning attendance. He served as Elim Fellowship’s Syracuse Area Representative for 17 years, and as General Secretary and a member of the Council of Elders for 8. In 2015, Chris was elected President of Elim Fellowship, and faithfully served in that office for 9 years. Today, Chris continues to serve on the Council of Elders.Carol Ball has spoken and ministered prophetically in conferences nationally and internationally. With Chris, she co-founded and served as co-senior pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship for 27 years.She has served Elim Fellowship since 1998 in various leadership roles, including Syracuse Area Women’s Representative and Women’s Representative for the Central New York Region. In 2013, she accepted the position of Director of the national Women's Department and continues to serve in that role today.
