141. İşte onlar, sizi sürekli gözetleyip durur. Size Allah'tan bir fetih gelirse eğer,         "Sizinle birlikte değil miydik?" derler. Kafirlere biraz üstünlük düşse eğer,          Açıkça onlara: "Size üstünlük sağlamadık mı? müminlerden gelecek şeyler,          Nitekim tarafımızdan önlenmedi mi?" derler. Allah kıyamet günü hükmedecektir.          İnkar eden kafirler için müminler aleyhine, Allah hiçbir zaman yol vermeyecektir. 142. Şüphesiz münafıklar, güya Allah'ı kandırmak ister. Oysa O, onları aldatır.         Açıkçası onlar, namaza kalktıkları zaman isteksizce, üşenerek kalkarlar.         Namaza gönülsüzdür. İnsanlara gösteriş yaparlar ve Allah’ı çok az anarlar. 143. İmanla küfür arasında bocalayıp dururlar. Kısacası onlara da yar olamaz,         Sapıtanlara da yar olmazlar. Allah kimi sapıtırsa, sen onu yola getiremezsin. 144. Açıkçası ey iman edenler, müminleri bırakıp da kafirleri dost edinmeyin.         Nitekim böylelikle, aleyhinize Allah'tan apaçık bir delil mi vermek istersiniz? 145. İşte gerçekten münafıklar, ikiyüzlüler cehennem ateşinin en alt tabakasındadır.         Şüphesiz ki orada, onlara yardımcı olacak herhangi birini de bulamazsın. 146. Ancak tövbe edenler, ıslah olup hayatını değiştirenler, Allah'a sıkıca sarılanlar,         Nihayetinde dinlerini Allah için ihlas sahibi kılanlar, bu durumdan başkadır.         İşte onlar, mümin olanlarla beraberdir. Allah müminlere büyük ecir verecektir. 147. Şayet şükreder iman ederseniz, Allah ne diye size azap etsin. Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile.
