223 - Past Project with Cory Chaney

Winner! But not in a good way...   Oh boy, this one may take the prize! But spoiler alert, it does have a happy ending and is a true example of getting through the tough times. We have Cory Chaney on the show today sharing one of his past projects. He bought a house, sight unseen, states away from where he lived, and hired a family friend that over-promised and under-delivered. What could possibly go wrong? Hit play and you shall hear...   Words from Cory: Currently I am a design consultant for West Shore Home, the largest family owned and operated home remodeling company in the nation operating in 21 states and 41 locations nationwide. I have flipped 2 properties in the past with the last one, which will be the big topic on the podcast, temporarily taking me out of the REI game to focus on paying down my PML and other debts occurred.
