Scholen in het po, vo en mbo geven sinds 3 jaar vorm aan gepersonaliseerd leren met het Zweedse concept Kunskapsskolan. "Het denken in doelen en het doorbreken van het jaarklassensysteem blijken grote uitdagingen", zegt Madelief Keijser (zakelijk directeur Kunskapsskolan Nederland) in de Kennisnet podcast. We blikken daarin met haar terug op 3 jaar Kunskapsskolan in Nederland. Keijser was vanaf het eerste uur betrokken bij de invoering van het Zweedse concept in ons land. Nederlandse scholen besloten na een inspirerend bezoek aan Zweden om óók stappen te zetten naar een gepersonaliseerd onderwijsconcept. Dankzij een samenwerking van 12 vo-scholen in het verband ZoLeerIk! raakte een marktpartij geïnteresseerd in verdere ontwikkeling, samen met de Zweedse moederorganisatie. Kunstskapsskolan Nederland timmert sindsdien voortvarend aan de weg in 3 onderwijssectoren.
