We     do not have control over what others do or say.   However, we   do control our attitude response.  Our response is primarily linked to our attitude, how we view life our perspective is prominent in whether we respond with good or bad decisions.  There is a slogan that states love me or hate me neither will make me or break me.  If we lose control due to our attitude   it often results in anger. Anger is dangerous. Anger separates us from the GOD of our understanding and often leads to violence and foolish behavior.    Listen as Trent dispels the notion that we must suffer because of a bad attitude.
