From a family of true rally enthusiasts, despite being incredibly proud of his heritage he carved his own path, one that took him all the way to the World Championship. He even got to experience the fire-breathing Sierra Rally cars his legendary dad, Jimmy, tamed in the British Championship. Growing up in Scotland, Alister gained hands-on experience prepping his cars in the early years and those skills served him well when it came to testing and developing in later years and he goes through it all!
