An (early) Conversation with Kristin | Reducing Sympathetics

This podcast was one of the very first podcast we did (back in 2020) when we were learning how to set up the audio, record, etc. Amy is having a conversation with Kristin Iehl a Physical Therapist and Certified Functional Manual Therapist with Agape Therapy. Kristin was so kind to sit in and be a guinea pig for ironing out all the newness of a podcast.   This was recorded when we were at the height of Covid, stuck at home. You may notice in the beginning Amy calls the podcast the gentleGYM podcast.  That obviously is no longer the name.  We love our gentleGYM but we decided to widen our scope for the podcast.  There is some good information for individuals who are managing a, potentially, out of balance nervous system.
