Shelter from the storm. As April begins (just go with us on this one), the residents of Middling Fair are listening to Mayor Rory's Founder's Day speech. The speech will be followed by a few traditions. One of them is a fun carnival. The other is a bit more "escapist." Elsewhere, Kipper and Mulligan find themselves unemployed, now that they no longer work for Brax Higgins. But an opportunity is about to come their way. This year's story will be a bit different than in years past. Just listen to the first episode and you'll be able to hear it.
