As women and mothers we have all had our own experience of overwhelm because life is busy and full of a million things to do. Today I share a story of my own little dance with overwhelm on a school morning and everything that comes with it. When it comes to overwhelm (and just about everything else) the first step is awareness but then we also need practical stuff to help us bounce back and set us up for success going forward. The way I do that is to EVALUATE the situation, where I'm at and what I need. ELIMINATE anything unnecessary, maybe there is something that can be 'put down', delegated or perhaps you can shift the way you're thinking about it. Then SIMPLYFY and SYSTEMISE, what can you do to make life easier, to create space and find a different approach that will better support you and your family. Thank you for listening!
