Align Your Energy & End The Day With This Simple Evening Routine #205
This Episode follows episode #204 where we look at the morning routine, these 5 simple questions open up a great reflection space and allow you to align your energy and prepare for a beautiful night's rest. QUESTIONS: 1. 3 Words to describe your day. You can keep it as simple as that or elaborate on the experience of the day a little more. 2. What was challenging if anything? Note any observations about the challenges as you reflect on them. 3. What were your WINS? No matter how big or small, celebrate it all! 4. What are you grateful for? Again no matter how big or small... 5. Special requests, reflect on anything you'd like help / assistance / guidance on or anything that you are looking for that you'd like to call in instead of having to go out in search of it. Bonus - If you feel the need you can 'braindump' any remaining thoughts swimming around in your mind so it can switch off more easily. Protip: Check in with your important outcomes from the morning and once you've finished with all of the above, set a sleep intention for the evening and then snuggle up and enjoy a great nights sleep.

Empower Your Day & Set Up For Success With This Potent Morning Practice #204
Allow yourself 10-15min each morning when you wake up to reflect on the following... QUESTIONS: 1. How do I want to feel today? 2. What can I do to support this? 3. What are my important outcomes today? 4. Special requests, what are you unsure of / struggling with / want support in and just put it out there. Protip: Start this practice with grounding with some slow and mindful breathing and or follow it by visualising moving through the day in the way you intend.

RELEASE: To become aware of whatever is no longer serving us and let it go in order to make space for something new. 2. Bouncing back from overwhelm
As women and mothers we have all had our own experience of overwhelm because life is busy and full of a million things to do. Today I share a story of my own little dance with overwhelm on a school morning and everything that comes with it. Getting back to feeling good after loosing your cool
We've all had those moments where despite our best efforts we totally loose out sh*t! Then not only are we raging (or whatever it looks like for you) but we than can't seem to snap out of it either, so the whole day (or longer) feels like it's totally ruined... I know I'm not the only one angry cleaning when this mood strikes :) In this episode we take a closer look at why we might be on a short fuse and also talk about a few different strategies to help shift that mood and you get you back to feeling good. The Feminine Energy Cycle & what you need to know
Have you ever noticed how some days you wake up feeling like you can take on the world, you just have a spring in our step that give you a little extra boost to get through just about anything? Then other days where everything is that bit harder, where you feel flat, more hungry and often want to curl up and be left alone. What if you understood what that was all about and were able to forecast when you would feel which way? Wouldn't that be the most insanely helpful thing ever? What if you could use that information to plan events, commitments and even work projects so you can do things when you're likely to be at your peek for performance? Of course you'd want to know how to do that and that exactly what we dive into here today! For the mom with no time to herself
To the busy mom who wants some time to herself but just never seems to have any, I see you, I feel you... I've been there, sometimes I get back there, and its completely normal... But never taking any time to yourself is a great way to empty your tank and there's only so long that you can run on fumes. The only way to give the best, for yourself (or your family) is to make sure you fill your cup, or 'recharge' your batteries regularly. Let's rethink the way we look at taking time to ourselves so that we can give ourselves permission to do it without feeling super guilty.
