Chakra Self-Reflection and Setting up a Daily Home Practice

from Peaceful By Nature · host Sage Simpson

Aloha Beloveds Thank you so much for tuning in. This is the first question and answer podcast that I have recorded. Let me know what you think of the format, and if you have a question that you would like answered on the podcast, please reach out to me @wildsacredsage (Instagram) or email [email protected], contact me via my website wildsacredcollective.com. The structure of the podcast: Intro Question from Sandra Answer to the questions she asked: How do I know which Chakra needs attention? How long should I spend on each Chakra? Should you work on the Chakras in order for Root to crown? How to set up a daily practice at home. The Meditation/ Self reflection practice for this question is addressing the first question: How do I know which Chakra needs attention? Adapted from Anodea Judith's incredible book Eastern Body, Western Mind, I have recorded a self-reflection that goes through each of the Chakras Root to Crown. Listen to the recording, and journal after you complete this meditation, writing down anything that comes up. You can also journal as you listen, writing down realizations or reflections that come up. If you feel overwhelmed or flooded at any point, pause this meditation and you can always return when your body is feeling safe. There is a lot in this reflection. Take your time. Be gentle with yourself. There is also a lot more to go into and learn about Chakras and how it is a path to healing and awakening. If you have further questions, please ask. I also offer 1:1 coaching and healing. Please let me know if you found this podcast helpful, and what you would like to hear. I welcome questions about Yoga, Embodiment, Tantra and Relationships. If there are particular meditations or visualizations you would like to hear on the podcast, please let me know. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
