Conviction to Growth

So you have changes you want in your life, career, relationships. Now what? I break down the thinking and conviction to stay focused on making it a reality. You have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable as you grow and let yourself change to create a new reality. It isn't always easy to say no to the life you were comfortable in. If you can question, if this decision will bring you closer or further away  from where you want to be? That one thought could help you say yes or no. You may have people around you upset by how you are growing, and they let you know. Having the understanding of why this is good, will help you not be defeated when you hear they aren't happy about it.
