David Wants to Talk About The Rate Bowl

Strangely enough, this isn't the first time that Kansas State has been to this particular bowl game. You may know it by a different name....or several different names to be more accurate. David wants to talk about the teams history with this bowl game that even went a year without a sponsor. Completely unheard of in this day and age so we're guessing the sales guy must have been asleep at the job.
